1-27, Don't mind the dust as I sort out how to best handle this OP.
Self explanatory and enlightening. Michael Yon has gone through the same areas and videoed it and talked about it too. IDK anything about the channel, found the video linked in a post on a site I frequent. United States Invasion Route Exposed | ENTIRE ILLEGAL ALIEN PIPELINE REVEALED "I like joe biden because he opened the border to all the countries" ~ around 17:20 or so. I'm kinda surprised these guys didn't get DRT by some of the people they were around. ETA: besides the expected bits, the guys film very hard to ignore evidence that the inflows are organized and directed by hostile outside actors. Showing maps, signs, etc. It's in the video. They total more than the individual populations of 41 states. The number of people illegally entering the country surged after Biden and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas halted many preexisting border security policies, advanced sweeping parole and other policies to release the greatest number of illegal foreign nationals into the country, encouraged people from all over the world to use a phone app to enter the U.S., and facilitated U.S. entry application processes in foreign countries, among others. Official U.S. Customs and Border Protection data includes 3,201,144 apprehensions in fiscal 2023; 2,766,582 in fiscal 2022; 1,956,519 in fiscal 2021; and 471,954 in the nine months Biden was in office in fiscal 2020. CBP's fiscal year is from Oct. 1 to Sept. 30. Combined, official apprehensions total 8,396,199. They exclude gotaway data, which CBP does not report publicly. The Center Square has been reporting preliminary gotaway data solely reported by Border Patrol agents at the southwest border. The information is obtained from a Border Patrol agent who provides it and other information on condition of anonymity for fear of retaliation. Since January 2021, a minimum estimate of nearly 1.7 million gotaways have illegally entered the U.S. Based on earlier projections and including Office of Field Operations data, former CBP chief Mark Morgan told The Center Square the gotaway data is likely to reach or exceed one million for fiscal 2023 alone. In fiscal 2021, there were at least 308,655 known, reported gotaways; in fiscal 2022, 606,150 were reported. According to preliminary data obtained by The Center Square, Border Patrol agents reported at least 769,174 gotaways at the southwest border alone. This number excludes OFO data, gotaway data at the northern border and other CBP ports of entry nationwide. The Center Square has not yet received total internal gotaway numbers. However, even those are considered a best estimate because they exclude unknown and unreported gotaways, those who illegally enter undetected meaning, the number is likely much higher. Law enforcement officials have said they have no idea how many gotaways there are in the U.S., or who or where they are. Combined, the minimum estimated known, reported gotaways from Jan. 1, 2021, to Sept. 30, 2023 is at least 1,678,979. Since January 2021, total illegal border crossers apprehended nationwide were 8,396,198. Combined with at least 1,678,979 gotaways, the number increases to over 10 million (at least 10,075,177). This is greater than the individual populations of 41 states. The only states with an estimated population greater than the number of illegal border crossers are California, Texas, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Georgia and North Carolina. They edged ahead of Michigan's estimated population of 10,030,722. The total number of illegal border crossers during the period equates to 25% of California's population, 33% of Texas' population, 44% of Florida's population and nearly 52% of New York's population. They're equivalent to over 17 Wyomings; over 15 Vermonts; nearly 14 Alaskas; and nearly 13 North Dakotas. They total nearly ten Delawares, the home state of the president. Among them are 1,586 known, suspected terrorists (KSTs) who were apprehended in fiscal years 2020-2023. In fiscal 2023, CBP agents apprehended the greatest number of KSTs 736 in a single year in U.S. history. They also apprehended the greatest number of criminal noncitizens in U.S. history, totaling nearly 50,000. This number excludes the tens of thousands of criminal noncitizens arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials and an unknown number arrested by local and state law enforcement officers. Sometimes illegals, sometimes not. Most of them were either poachers or just cutting through on their way somewhere. However, over the last 6 months I have caught and sent on their way a bunch of illegals. Sometimes families cutting through my ranch. Sometimes groups of young men camping. The other night I caught 8 men with backpacks cutting through. They were not Mexican and did not speak any English. I assume they were speaking Arabic or something like that. They did not look to be carrying any weapons and eventually left my property when I motioned them to. I don't believe they are making it this far on foot. They have to be taken into the interior and dropped off. I'm probably 8 to 10 hours from the border by car. When I first ran into this problem I called the Sheriff. He escorted them off my property and then said to me, sorry that's all I can do. I don't even call the authorities anymore. We are on our own out here. One outraged group of 21 border security-minded lawmakers pitched a bill that would require the United States, the UN's largest donor, to turn off the taxpayer money spigot. H.R. 6155 never caught fire, though, in no small part because "fact checks" from outlets such as the AFP claimed that the UN was doing no such thing. Those fact checkers lied. The UN's just released the 2024 "Inter-Agency Coordination Platform for Refugees and Migrants from Venezuela" (R4V for short), a planning and budget document for handing out $1.6 billion in 17 Latin America countries. It confirms the UN, with the helping hands of 248 named non-governmental organizations, is indeed giving debit cards to illegal migrants funded, in large part, by US taxpayers. Despite the R4V plan title naming Venezuelans as recipients of this aid operation, the document's fine print (footnote on page 14 and paragraph on page 43, for instance) says the largesse goes to "all nationalities" and "multiple other nationalities." Seems like people should find a way to identify these cards and than start refusing to take them. This is only one part of much broader UN hemisphere-wide vision that aims to spend $1.59 billion assisting about three million people in 17 countries who emigrated from home nations. The UN report predicts northern migration will continue to increase in 2024. It blames "xenophobia" in Venezuela for why people want to leave, among other factors. Then it does, finally, tag the real culprit: Biden administration policies that created "newly established opportunities for regular pathways to move to the United States of America." --------------------------------------------------- 2-3 How China and the UN are Fueling the Invasion of America Click To View Spoiler This is not something that should be TL:DRed ... when you find the time, it is absolutely worth a watch. My summary of it does not begin to explain the significance. What the Original vid by muckrackers shows, this one discusses and starts putting the parts together. When bret went they also saw the two different flows of people: the ones seeking to come trespass to get here for more wealth, and the ones from china who refused to talk with anyone because they did not want anyone to interact with them and doing so supported by an extra network that the "classic" federal trespassers did not have (presumably CCP china). He discusses his theories of the "why" and "what could possibly fit this." A lot of it - if your experience is mine - you will probably go "you finally noticed" and some of it "hnh, I didn't consider that." I believe it's worth the time and it combines with the muckracker vid to make for something greater than merely the two added. It also looks for all the world like the CCP is building a bridge towards the darien gap, I don't see how it would make any sense for them to not continue it up through the darien gap. For those who don't know, the darien gap is called a gap because the road that goes from alaksa to the southern end of south america is broken there. Darien is by all reports far too rugged for a road to have been put through. --------------------------------------------------- 2-6 Summary: They did investigative journalism - oklahoma has an obscene number of MJ grow farms (6000+ I think he said), highly connected and bankrolled ... and farmed by chinese who are effectively slaves, with associated sex slavery brothels bankrolled via the cartels and I can't see how the CCP isn't involved. Jan 20, 2021: President Biden issued an Executive Order (EO) further entrenching the unlawful Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. With his action, President Biden directed the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Attorney General, "to preserve and fortify DACA", signaling to illegal aliens that his Administration supports amnesty and that illegal aliens need not fear coming to the U.S. or worry about immigration enforcement. Jan 20, 2021: President Biden unveiled the U.S. Citizenship Act, which would provide amnesty to millions of illegal aliens in the U.S., demonstrating intent to reward illegal border crossers with a path to citizenship. Jan 20, 2021: President Biden revoked Trump-era Executive Order that was designed to ensure there was meaningful enforcement of U.S. immigration laws. Jan 20, 2021: The Administration issued an Executive action ending limitations and restrictions against immigration from certain countries associated with terrorism. Jan 20, 2021: The Biden Administration announced a 100-day moratorium on deportations and immigration enforcement, effectively providing amnesty to criminal and other removable aliens and sending the signal the Biden Administration would not enforce the law. The Administration also announced interim immigration enforcement guidelines that signaled to illegal aliens that they do not have to worry about the possibility of deportation. Feb 1, 2021: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) implemented Acting Secretary Pekoske's policy requiring a new "process [that] shall provide for assessments of alternatives to removal including, but not limited to, staying or reopening cases, alternative forms of detention, custodial detention, whether to grant temporary deferred action, or other appropriate action." Feb 2, 2021: President Biden issued Executive Order (EO) 14010 and began processing asylum claims at the border. In the EO, the President also signaled an end to the Migrant Protection Protocols (which is known as "Remain in Mexico" or "MPP") while making other statements signaling an open border. A large migrant group crosses the border from Mexico into Eagle Pass, Texas. (Randy Clark/Breitbart Texas) Feb 6, 2021: Secretary of State Antony Blinken suspended, and began termination procedures, for the Trump Administration's Asylum Cooperative Agreements with El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. These agreements ensured aliens seeking asylum could do so in countries closer to their home country and in countries other than the United States. Feb 2021: The Biden Administration voluntarily stopped applying Title 42 expulsions to children across the board, setting off a major wave of unaccompanied alien children, family units, and illegal aliens generally heading to the U.S. border. Feb 17, 2021: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) exempted unaccompanied alien children (UAC) from Title 42 expulsion requirements, thereby encouraging UACs to come to the U.S. and parents to pay cartels to smuggle their children to the U.S. border. Feb 25, 2021: The Biden Administration sped up releases of UACs. Mar 2, 2021: According to news reports, the Biden Administration lost track of 20,000 unaccompanied alien children and President Biden was briefed on the need to expand detention to hold an additional 20,000 children who had illegally crossed the border. Mar 5, 2021: Faced with overwhelming numbers of UACs in federal custody, the CDC ignored its normal facilities guidance regarding COVID-19 and notifies "facilities caring for migrant children that they can open back up to pre-Covid-19 levels, acknowledging 'extraordinary circumstances.'" Mar 10, 2021: Biden Administration announced reinstatement of the Central American Minors (CAM) program, an Obama-era parole program that allowed citizens and aliens including illegal aliens to bypass the family-based immigration laws adopted by Congress and sponsor family members El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras to come to the United States. Mar 16, 2021: DHS Secretary Mayorkas delivered remarks effectively explaining the border is open for illegal immigration by stating DHS's focus would be on "processing" illegal aliens in other words catch-and-release and the creation of new "lawful pathways." Mar 20, 2021: DHS began issuing illegal alien border crossers a Notice to Report (NTR) to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, as opposed to the standard Notice to Appear (NTA) in U.S. immigration court. The NTR policy allows illegal aliens to simply be released into the U.S. and relies on them to self-report to ICE at a later date. Mar 30, 2021: Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) took drastic actions to expand detention space to house unaccompanied alien children in so-called "Influx Care Facilities", often using unlicensed facilities that lacked child welfare experience. In March, April, and May of 2021, ORR expanded capacity to house another 23,849, including 10,000 at Fort Bliss. DHS was also holding children for a longer period than allowed by law (between 30 and 40 days) and, because the flow of UACs across the border outpaced Health and Human Services' (HHS) ability to vet adults who can care for the children. Mar 31, 2021: The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) issued guidance rolling back requirements for background checks on adults in the household of a UAC sponsor. July 2021: The United States Border Patrol (USBP or BP) released at least 50,000 aliens without giving them a "Notice to Appear" (a court date), instead advising them to self-report to ICE on their own. Unsurprisingly, 87% of aliens fail to report. Aug 5, 2021: The USBP authorized the use of parole plus alternatives to detention (ATD) in the Del Rio Border Sector. Aug 17, 2021: DHS announced an expansion of alternatives to detention (effectively reinstating and expanding catch and release) and announced the expansion of taxpayer-funded services to illegal aliens in removal proceedings. Aug 31, 2021: The Biden administration released over 100,000 aliens into the United States between March 21, 2021 and August 31, 2021, without giving these aliens a "Notice to Appear", instead advising them to self-report to ICE on their own. Of those, nearly 50% of them did not check-in with ICE within the 60-day deadline. Sep 24, 2021: The Administration falsely accused Border Patrol agents on horseback in Del Rio, Texas of whipping aliens at the border. President Biden condemned the agents, saying the aliens had been "strapped" and vowed "consequences." Vice President Harris piled on the false allegations, comparing them to oppression and slavery. In fact, DHS Secretary Mayorkas knew the claim was false and even though the agents were exonerated in July 2022, the Administration proposed punishment for the agents. Sep 30, 2021: DHS Secretary Mayorkas issued a memorandum that states "the fact an individual is a removeable [alien] should [not be the sole] basis of an enforcement action", effectively using prosecutorial discretion to give deportable aliens a pass to stay in the United States, thereby granting a form of amnesty to many illegal aliens. Fiscal Year 2021: Throughout Fiscal Year 2021, the Biden Administration distributed more than $300 million in federal law enforcement grants to Sanctuary Cities under SCAAP, Byrne, and COPS programs (amounting to 43% of total awards going to sanctuary cities), financially rewarding cities whose policies encourage illegal immigration. Oct 8, 2021: DHS canceled another group of border wall contracts led by DHS related to the Laredo and Rio Grande Valley Border Sectors. Oct 12, 2021: DHS effectively suspended large-scale worksite enforcement, a key tool to deter the hiring and employment of illegal aliens. Oct 27, 2021: DHS Secretary Mayorkas issued a memorandum prohibiting enforcement of immigration laws in certain areas including schools, healthcare facilities, recreational areas, social service and emergency facilities, ceremonial locations (such as funerals and civil ceremonies) as well as at demonstrations and rallies. Oct 29, 2021: DHS Secretary Mayorkas terminated the Migrant Protection Protocols (known as "MPP" or "Remain in Mexico"). Nov 2021: The Biden Administration formally created a program that included alternatives to detention (ATD) plus parole, resulting in "catch and release" for hundreds of thousands of aliens into the U.S. interior after they were encountered at the border (338,000 aliens were released in Fiscal Year 2022 alone) under this program. Dec 17, 2021: Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) repurposed three detention centers previously used for family detention, thus encouraging greater illegal immigration of family units. Jan 2022: Between July 2021 and January 2022, the United States admitted more than 79,000 Afghan evacuees as part of Operation Allies Welcome after the Biden State Department and Department of Defense botched the nation's withdraw from Afghanistan. The DHS OIG determined that DHS failed to fully vet the evacuees. Failure to vet refugees, signaled that the Administration might also apply lax vetting to asylum seekers, further encouraging asylum abuse. Apr 1, 2022: The Biden Administration announced intent to end Title 42. Federal District Court Judge from Louisiana temporarily blocks the action. Apr 3, 2022: ICE Principal Legal Advisor issued memorandum promoting termination of cases in immigration court and directing ICE Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA) trial attorneys to comb through their cases to determine whether aliens would be considered a "priority" for removal under the Biden "enforcement priorities." Sep 9, 2022: The Biden Administration reversed Trump-era public charge rule, allowing aliens who are likely to become a burden to taxpayers to receive immigration benefits such as a visa, admission, or adjustment of status. Oct 31, 2022: DHS finalized a rule to "fortify DACA", which declares DACA recipients as "lawfully present" and grants them employment documents despite ongoing litigation. Dec 13, 2022: The Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) sued the State of Arizona in order to force Arizona to remove shipping containers placed to close gaps in the border wall. Jan 2023: CBP changed CBP One app to allow border crossers to schedule online appointments, expanding the number of aliens allowed into the United States. Jan 6, 2023: The Biden Administration began abusing statutory parole authority under INA 212(d)(5) by creating a categorical parole program for nationals of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. Parole was intended by Congress to be used sparingly and only on a "case by case" basis, yet DHS continues to create and administer categorical parole programs to allow hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens to classes of aliens. Feb 25, 2023: The New York Times reported data showing the Biden Department of HHS has lost track of 85,000 alien children over the prior two years. NYT exposes details of minor children working in factories in the United States. Mar 2023: ICE continued to ignore the need for deportations, allowing criminal aliens to stay in the U.S. ICE's non-detained docket grew to an estimated 5.3 million aliens, including 407,983 criminal aliens. Meanwhile, ICE arrests in Fiscal Year 2022 fell by 69% compared to Fiscal Year 2018 and arrests of convicted criminals fell 65% (to 36,322 in Fiscal Year 2022 from 105,140 in Fiscal Year 2018). Mar 25, 2023: Despite record numbers of illegal aliens arriving at the southern border, the Biden Administration proposed cutting detention beds by 25 percent as part of its Fiscal Year 2024 budget request. Mar 28, 2023: DHS Inspector General (IG), citing lax oversight, issued a report that identified misuse and fraud of federal emergency funds, resulting in up to $110 million in funds appropriated in the American Rescue Plan and other legislation being awarded to pay for services to illegal aliens and not Americans suffering due to COVID. Apr 13, 2023: The Biden Administration announced DACA recipients would be eligible for Obamacare benefits and Medicaid, giving taxpayer-funded healthcare to illegal aliens. Apr 27, 2023: The State Department and DHS announced plans to end Title 42, expand CBP One app, and create additional unlawful categorical parole programs for aliens from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Colombia. The program violates the law and allows aliens to enter before they receive a green card and without a visa. Apr 30, 2023: The Biden Administration circulated guidance that waters down the vetting process for Chinese illegal aliens, requiring that interviews used to question a Chinese illegal alien consist of five basic questions. The media reported that Chinese illegal aliens "quickly adapted" to the new CBP guidelines and were "coached" to give "stories that are identical." May 5, 2023: CBP expanded appointment capability of the CBP One App. Through Nov. 2023, nearly 360,000 appointments had been scheduled on the app (43,000 in November alone). The CBP One app continues to be vulnerable to exploitation by the cartels. May 11, 2023: The Biden Administration terminated use of Title 42 policy expulsion authority. May 31, 2023: The Biden Administration ended the DNA testing program used to verify that adults who crossed the border with a child and claimed to be related to that child, are in fact related. Ending the program promotes not only illegal immigration, but also child exploitation and trafficking. July 7, 2023: The Biden Administration expanded unlawful parole programs to include individuals from Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. July 24, 2023: The Biden Department of Justice sued the State of Texas to remove newly placed floating barriers in the Rio Grande River. Aug 10, 2023: The Biden Administration Office of Management and Budget requested nearly $14 billion in emergency funding that perpetuates the Biden Administration's open borders policies. For example, $600 million was requested for FEMA's Shelter and Services program, which provided airfare and hotels to illegal aliens. This is on top of the $363.8 spent by the program in Fiscal Year 2023. Aug 29, 2023: ICE scrambled after releasing into the U.S. more than a dozen Uzbek nationals with ties to an ISIS smuggler. Aug 2023: DHS rebranded "Alternatives to Detention" as "Release and Reporting Management," effectively using ICE to provide social services to aliens instead of allowing ICE to function as a law enforcement agency. Sep 8, 2023: The Biden Administration promulgated a proposed rule to reverse Trump-era policy and allow Immigration Judges to administratively close or dismiss removal proceedings without any action (something not allowed by statute), resulting in no decision denying asylum. Oct 4, 2023: The Biden Administration issued new rules on UACs that fails to prevent the release of illegal alien children to strangers, fails to facilitate age determinations, and fails to collect immigration information on sponsors. All of this will encourage trafficking of children, including by the cartels. Dec 21, 2023: Biden Administration announced the creation of a new "juvenile" docket within immigration courts which is so expansive, it gives specialized treatment to 18, 19, and 20 year-old illegal aliens who should be deported through the expedited removal process. Dec 28, 2023: Following a trip to Mexico by Secretary of State Blinken and DHS Secretary Mayorkas, the Mexican government reported that their discussions focused on "regularizing" status i.e., amnesty for "Hispanic migrants who have been undocumented and DACA beneficiaries." Jan 3, 2024: The Biden Administration sued the State of Texas for enforcing a recently enacted Texas state law that allow Texas judges and magistrates to order illegal aliens to return to the foreign nation from which they entered. According to CBP data, apprehensions totaled 200,048 in Q1 FY24 in Tucson, up from 68,480 in Q1 FY23, a 192% increase. Apprehensions in Q1 FY24 totaled 95,439 in the San Diego Sector, up from 53,677 in Q1 FY23, a 77% increase. Del Rio Sector agents reported record high apprehensions of 152,252 in Q1 FY24, up from 142,664 in Q1 FY23. --------------------------------------------------- 2-12 https://www.zerohedge.com/political/invasion-spreads-unfenced-us-northern-border-record-breaking-surge-illegal-entries Click To View Spoiler Invasion Spreads To Unfenced US Northern Border Amid "Record-Breaking Surge" Of Illegal Entries Detected Tyler Durden's Photo by Tyler Durden Tuesday, Feb 13, 2024 - 01:20 AM As the Biden administration and "shadowy network of secretive nonprofits" facilitate the greatest migration invasion this nation has ever seen on the southern border, new concerns are mounting that illegals are finding alternative routes into the country via the unfenced northern border with Canada. New US Customs and Border Protection data shows more than 12,000 migrants were apprehended on the northern border last year, more than double the number from the year before of 3,578. On the northern border, migrants take advantage of border crossings without walls or fences. They're simply just walking right into the US. New York State Assemblyman Billy Jones, who represents Clinton County, recently warned: "The northern border has pretty much been ignored." The tick-up in migrant encounters on the northern border first came to our attention nearly one year ago. We penned this note last May: "Northern US Border Encounters With Illegals More Than Double In 7 Months." And just days ago, a migrant smuggling ring in New Jersey was uncovered that bussed "dozens if not hundreds" of migrants into the US through the unfenced border between Quebec and Vermont. Illustration via the Daily Mail Earlier this month, New York Republican leaders in the state Legislature urged Gov. Kathy Hochul to deploy the state's National Guard on its northern border. "More than 8 million border encounters have occurred since President Biden took office. In 2023, over 2.5 million migrants entered the country through the southern border. In December alone, 302,034 encounters were reported by US Customs and Border Protection. On New York's Northern Border, 91,640 illegal crossings were reported in the past year. "Immigration reform is a matter that must be dealt with on the Federal level. However, we hope you agree that the states' sovereign right to protect its citizens and its communities must be valued above the actions of federal authorities. For this reason, we urge you to deploy the National Guard immediately to assist the State of Texas and New York Canadian border in efforts to stop the flow of migrants coming into our country illegally," the letter stated, signed by state Senate Minority Leader Rob Ortt and Assembly Minority Leader William Barclay. The colossal mess the Biden administration has created by willfully ignoring the border invasion and refusing any executive action is only worsening as the crisis is now spreading to the northern border. During a recent segment featured on CBS's "60 Minutes," dozens of migrants could be seen entering the U.S. through a gap at the border fence in Jacumba, California, just 60-miles east of San Diego. This comes amid a surge in Chinese immigrants, many of which are seeking political asylum. Some of those crossing the border said they traveled for 40 days across at least seven countries in order to reach Mexico. Over the course of four days, crews said human smugglers dropped off a new vehicle of migrants every half hour, totaling at nearly 600 people. A 37-year-old Chinese woman told "60 Minutes" that she learned of the entryway from TikTok. Some videos on the Chinese-run social media platform give users instructions on how to find gaps in the border wall and even how to hire smugglers to give them a ride. A TikTok spokesperson said the platform prohibits human smuggling and removes such videos. -------------------------------- "WALLS DON'T WORK!" Annunciation House describes itself as a volunteer organization that "offers hospitality to migrants, immigrants, and refugees in El Paso, Texas." ... ...Paxton's lawsuit accuses the group of "openly and flagrantly violating many provisions of law in a systemic fashion." Specifically, it accuses it of providing shelter to illegal immigrants who have evaded law enforcement, of encouraging illegal immigration, of engaging in human smuggling and of operating a "stash house." "Annunciation House appears to be engaged in the operation of an illegal stash house by potentially allowing others to use its real estate to engage in human smuggling," the lawsuit says. Since Biden took office in 2021, the number of apprehensions of Chinese migrants attempting to enter the U.S. illegally skyrocketed from being in the single digits to thousands every month resulting in a dramatic rise in Chinese apprehensions since the president's first month in office until now. https://mises.org/wire/welfare-migrants-ensures-border-crisis-will-continue 02/22/2024Ryan McMaken Earlier this month, The New York Post reported that the mayor of New York is giving away pre-paid cash cards each carrying "up to $10,000" to foreign nationals in New York. Most of these foreign nationals i.e., "illegal immigrants" have arrived in New York with no invitation, no employment prospects, and no plan for housing. But most of them plan on staying. And why shouldn't they? Upon arrival, thousands of them immediately went on the public dole in some way or another, relying on taxpayer-funded shelters, housing programs, and a variety of sources for "free" food. Those immigrants who have not found taxpayer funded housing in hotels there are presently at least 66,000 of them simply live on the taxpayer-funded streets as vagrants. The latest idea from the city's central planners is to pay out millions more via pre-paid debit cards pre-paid, of course, by millions of people who actually work for a living. The city has already planned to spend at least $2.5 billion on the migrants in this way. An additional $53 million will go to grease the palms of bankers who will provide the cards. This is just one story among many we've seen in recent years on how state, local, and federal policymakers have shoveled ever larger amounts of taxpayer funds to both legal and illegal immigrants. After all, there are at least 23 million foreign nationals residing in the United States both legally and illegally and both are subsidized by taxpayers to the tune of at least $150 billion per year. An additional $140 billion goes to immigrants who have been naturalized. --------------------------------------------------- 2-26 https://www.judicialwatch.org/ghastly-surge-illegal-immigrants/ While most mainstream media coverage flagrantly omits that the man charged in the murder of a Georgia nursing student is an illegal immigrant who entered the United States through the famously porous southern border, other important nuggets are also being left out of most reports. The 26-year-old suspect, Jose Antonio Ibarra, comes from a country Venezuela run by a dictator with close ties to terrorists who refuses to accept deportees. This is especially disturbing because the U.S. has seen a shocking 7,300% spike in migrants from Venezuela under the Biden administration's disastrous open border policies and now we are stuck with all of them. https://www.fairus.org/country-brief-venezuela Country Brief: Venezuela January 17, 2024 Introduction FAIR's Research Division conducted an in-depth review of the migration trends of nationals from Venezuela, the policy decisions that drive the increased flows, and the national security implications of them. The paper summarizes the geopolitical conditions of Venezuela, and focuses on the numerous pull factors that lead Venezuelans to transit through numerous countries to live, work and remain in the United States. Given the dramatic increases in recent years, and considering the risks posed to national security and public safety, FAIR provides solutions to combat the crisis and curb the illegal immigration surges. Highlights Venezuelans are now the second most encountered nationality of illegal aliens at the border. Executive Branch policies? ?especially parole, Temporary Protected Status and the refusal to use detention as a deterrent? ?have helped drive up numbers. Over half a million Venezuelan illegal aliens have been encountered since January 2021. The number of Venezuelan nationals encountered increased 77 percent between Fiscal Years 2022-2023. The Biden Administration's parole program allows Venezuelans and dual nationals of Venezuela to enter the U.S., even with an expired passport. Venezuela's government has supplied genuine Venezuelan travel documents to non-Venezuelans, including potential national security threats from countries like Iran. This is especially concerning given Venezuela's ties to state sponsors of terrorism. Nature of the Problem Illegal immigration from Venezuela was relatively low, but this has been changing rapidly as enormous numbers of Venezuelans have entered the U.S. since 2021. In Fiscal Year (FY) 2020, just 4,520 Venezuelans were encountered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at America's borders.[1] In FY 2021, this number grew to 50,499, an eleven-fold increase.[2] In FY 2022, this figure surged again to 189,520, and in FY 2023, CBP encountered 334,914 Venezuelan nationals.[3] This makes Venezuelans the second most commonly encountered nationality at the border, second only to Mexican nationals.[4] The paper: https://www.fairus.org/sites/default/files/2024-01/Venezuela%20Issue%20Brief%20Jan2024_0.pdf --------------------------------------------------- 2-28 https://www.azleg.gov/legtext/56leg/2r/bills/hb2843p.htm Click To View Spoiler An Act amending section 13-407, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to justification. At one point, New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) said in an interview that illegal immigrants should be sent throughout the country because the Big Apple could not handle the influx, which Townhall covered. One small midwestern city, nestled between two Republican counties, is experiencing the border crisis firsthand. The city of Whitewater, Wisconsin has seen a steady flow of illegal immigrants since 2021 when Biden assumed office. Now, the town of 15,000 people now has 1,000 new "neighbors" who came to the U.S. from Nicaragua and Venezuela through the southern border. According to the Washington Free Beacon, Whitewater's population has grown by almost 10 percent in two years because of illegal immigration. In New York City, the population has grown by 2 percent. Jeffrey Knight, the Greater Whitewater Committee president, told the outlet that the city's resources are running out to take care of the illegal immigrants (via WFB): Like Knight, all Whitewater residents who spoke to the Free Beacon prided themselves on their hospitality and did not express prejudice toward the town's growing foreign population. But those who live here say they feel the strain migration has placed on their town: schools rushing to hire English as a second language (ESL) teachers, emergency services overwhelmed with unintelligible calls reporting domestic violence, and health providers faced with a flurry of uninsured patients. Responding to the influx of migrants has put the town in a $400,000 budget hole, a town official speaking on condition of anonymity told the Free Beacon. [...] No one knows what brought the migrants to Whitewater. It is not a sanctuary city, and no red-state governor is shipping busloads of migrants to Whitewater's doorstep. That Wisconsin is one of a handful of states that will likely decide the next president is just happenstance. Some residents think the migrants were attracted by the progressive city council's pro-immigrant rhetoric. Others think the sleepy midwestern town is just a good place for illegal migrants to hide. View Quote "I haven't seen anyone who isn't welcoming, but you have to have blinders on to not see that there have been problems," Michael Smith, a Whitewater resident, told the outlet. "Everything is relatively overwhelmed right now." The town's police force is strained due to the illegal immigrants. In March, police responded to a "deceased infant located in a cardboard box." Another instance described a woman living inside a shed with her baby during the winter. Not to mention, nearby counties have reportedly shared concerns that there is cartel activity in Whitewater. "It is a simple fact that we are not currently providing the Whitewater community with the degree of service that our residents are accustomed to," Whitewater Police Chief Dan Meyer reportedly told local media in January. "That needs to change for the sake of both long-time residents, as well as individuals who have recently moved here from Central America." Republican Wisconsin Rep. Bryan Steil added, "The challenges that Whitewater is facing are ones communities around the country are facing. We can't just address the symptoms, we have to solve it by securing our border." The individuals were pre-approved on the CBP One app and flew into 43 U.S. airports, though the government refuses to identify which ones. CIS's Todd Bensman, who is also a Townhall columnist, explains: The agency's lawyers have cited a general "law enforcement exception" without elaborating until recently on how releasing airport locations would harm public safety beyond citing "the sensitivity of the information." Now, though, CIS's litigation has yielded a novel and newsworthy answer from the government: The public can't know the receiving airports because those hundreds of thousands of CBP-authorized arrivals have created such "operational vulnerabilities" at airports that "bad actors" could undermine law enforcement efforts to "secure the United States border" if they knew the volume of CBP One traffic processed at each port of entry. In short, the Biden administration's legally dubious program to fly inadmissible aliens over the border and directly to U.S. airports has allegedly created law enforcement vulnerabilities too grave to release publicly, lest "bad actors" take advantage of them to inflict harm on public safety. (Center for Immigration Studies) View Quote Through the CBP One app, the individuals apply for travel authorization, and once here, the parole program gives them two-year periods of legal status allowing them to work. Mexico-based TCOs are the dominant producers and suppliers of illicit drugs to the U .S. market, including fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine, and South American-sourced cocaine," the report states. "ISIS will remain a centralized global organization even as it has been forced to rely on regional branches in response to successive leadership losses during the past few years. They will also be voting for Mexico's lower chamber, the Senate, and self-government elections in 30 out of the country's 32 states. But the Mexican government is interested in increasing voter turnout among Mexicans residing in the United States. This includes Mexicans legally residing in the U.S., illegally residing, and even American citizens of Mexican ancestry. Once registered, Mexicans will be able to vote by mail, in-person in four countries (the U.S., Canada, France, and Spain), and electronically. Prior to the February 25 deadline to register to vote, Mexican officials had been actively encouraging Mexicans residing in the U.S. including through official visits and expatriate outreach to register and vote. The Fresno Bee reported in early November 2023 that Guadalupe Mendiola Gonzalez, of the Electoral Institute of the State of Guanajuato, and Nora Ruth Chavez Gonzalez, the state's director of political and electoral culture, were eager to boost turnout In February, the American press from local outlets to the New York Times was also filled with articles explaining how to vote in Mexico's upcoming election, although their connection to Mexican government efforts was much less clear. Either way, a huge and vociferous get-out-the-vote campaign was evident. To register, Mexican nationals must have a valid voter ID from the "I.N.E," the National Electoral Institute and be 18 years old by election day. To obtain an I.N.E. one must present a valid form of photo identification, proof of residency, and proof of nationality, such as a Mexican birth certificate, which notably are available to individuals not born in Mexico. The Mexican government emphasizes this in no way impacts their U.S. citizenship in the eyes of the Mexican government. It is now even possible to apply for such a document online. In addition to the unprecedented ease and accessibility of voting, who will be able to vote will be just as important. As the Texas Tribune pointed out, a 2021 constitutional amendment allowed Mexican nationality to be passed on indefinitely. This was a reference to an amendment of Chapter II Article 30A of the Mexican Constitution. Mexico's foreign ministry stressed the significance of this by stating that "[n]ow, unrestricted transmission of Mexican nationality by birth is allowed for generations born outside of Mexico, descendants of Mexicans, father or mother, who were also born outside of Mexico." --------------------------- Originally Posted By Sirveaux: https://www.ar15.com/forums/general/Moar-clown-world-in-IL-IL-federal-judge-rules-non-citizen-firearm-prohibition-unconstitutional/5-2712438/? In anticipation of a potential influx of illegal immigrants from Haiti, Governor Ron DeSantis has ordered additional state assets to the Keys and southern waters of the State of Florida. "For quite some time, the State of Florida has been dedicating significant resources to combat illegal vessels coming to Florida from countries such as Haiti," said Governor Ron DeSantis. "Given the circumstances in Haiti, I have directed the Division of Emergency Management, the Florida State Guard, and state law enforcement agencies to deploy over 250 additional officers and soldiers and over a dozen air and sea craft to the southern coast of Florida to protect our state. No state has done more to supplement the (under-resourced) U.S. Coast Guard's interdiction efforts; we cannot have illegal aliens coming to Florida." Currently, state agencies have security and surveillance assets in South Florida and the Keys as a part of Operation Vigilant Sentry to stop illegal immigration at sea. The governor's directive today will send additional personnel and assets from the following agencies: The Florida Department of Law Enforcement: 39 additional officers. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission: 23 additional officers with eight additional seacraft. The Florida National Guard: 48 additional Guardsmen with four additional helicopters. The Florida Highway Patrol: 30 additional officers with an additional aircraft and drones for surveillance. Governor DeSantis will also today authorize a deployment of the Florida State Guard to the Keys to assist in the operation. This deployment includes up to 133 soldiers. Illegal immigrants feel empowered to enter the sovereign territory of the United States because of the federal government's refusal to diligently enforce our immigration laws and protect the integrity of the border. When a state faces the possibility of invasion, it has the right and duty to defend its territory and people. Under Governor Ron DeSantis, Florida will act. --------------------------------------------------- 3-16 https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/washington-secrets/2922272/record-3-2-million-migrants-to-cross-in-take-us-jobs/ Click To View Spoiler “We forecast U.S. southwest border encounters by Customs and Border Patrol at 2.7 million for FY 2024, based on the last three months of data, adjusted seasonally. "I've talked to Customs and Border Protection, who are responsible for the UAS incursions on the border, along with DOJ. And they put the number at thousands,” he continued. When Budd pushed for specifics, Guillot estimated, “We can probably have over 1,000 a month.” Mexican cartels have been using drones to track the location of authorities along the US-Mexico border in order to more easily smuggle humans and drugs, according to US Customs and Border Protection officials. These violent gangs have become a “one-stop shop” for the illegal aliens that they may have also helped smuggle into the U.S. In Denver, which has the most migrants per capita than any other city, migrants can buy both a basic social security card and a green card for approximately $100-$150. A social security card that passes E-Verify (more likely to be a real number stolen from a person), costs about $900. Unlike New York, however, authorities do not believe the criminals selling these cards have ties to criminal gangs. According to Denver’s Homeland Security Investigations, the sales are not a crime ring but rather a “few men who may be involved.” These fake or stolen security cards primarily enable illegal aliens to circumvent the law that bars employers from hiring them. Those who actually apply for asylum are eligible for work permits. However, to discourage asylum fraud, the law prohibits such aliens from receiving their work permit for at least 180 days after filing an application. While many of these fake social security cards are used for obtaining work, they could also be used by individuals to cause harm on U.S. soil. Roy Fenoff, an associate professor at the Department of Criminal Justice at the South Carolina Citadel said, “There are people getting these cards that are not here just to get a job, that they have other intentions, and this helps them carry out criminal activity.” ----------------------- https://www.wptv.com/news/palm-beach-county/region-c-palm-beach-county/3-undocumented-immigrants-arrested-after-woman-sexually-assaulted-pbso-says Click To View Spoiler By: Allen Cone Posted at 8:50 PM, Mar 12, 2024 and last updated 4:38 AM, Mar 13, 2024 PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — Three undocumented immigrants from Guatemala are accused of forcing a woman into a vehicle and sexually battering her at two locations just west of Lake Worth Beach, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday. It is unclear how many of the immigrants fly on to other U.S. cities, though the government has said there are over 40 final destinations. “This early evidence suggests that a great many of these inadmissible alien passengers, probably a majority, initially land at international airports in Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis’s Florida,” said CIS, which reported that the program has let in 386,000 people since October 2022. “In fact, Florida turns out to be the top landing and U.S. customs processing zone for this direct-flights parole-and-release program, tallying at nearly 326,000 of the initial arrivals from inception through February.” Investigator Todd Bensman said the program allows “aspiring illegal border crossers” from nine Latin American countries to buy an airline ticket to fly directly to the city of their choice, where they are processed and let go. “Begun in October 2022 for Venezuelans and expanded in January 2023 to Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Colombians, the program approves flight travel authorizations for aspiring illegal border-crossers still in other countries to instead arrange commercial airline passage for themselves over the southern border and then receive temporary but easily renewable ‘humanitarian parole’ from CBP officers at the airport,” Bensman said in his new report. “One incentive to dissuade beneficiaries from illegal border crossings is that the parole program comes with eligibility for renewable work permits.” --------------------------------------------------- 4-6 https://thenationalpulse.com/2024/04/05/illegal-migration-under-biden-matches-all-legal-migration-from-1892-to-1954/ Illegal Migration Under Biden Matches All LEGAL MIGRATION from 1892 to 1954. This time, the agency is “streamlining” for obtaining work permits by allowing automatic extensions for up to 540 days – whether the aliens are here legally or not. The action, done via a temporary final rule published in today’s Federal Register, was in response to predictable yet astronomical increases in applications for employment authorization documents (EADS), or work permits, since the border crisis began. Current regulations allow the agency to grant an extension for up to 180 days for those seeking a renewal of an EAD. The agency claims it increasing the extension period to 540 days, as a temporary measure, due to surges in 2021 and COVID-related delays. As a result, USCIS claims, processing times have increased, and those with existing EADs face the possibility of a lapse in authorization to work. USCIS stated, “Without this [Temporary Final Rule], approximately 800,000 renewal EAD applicants will be in danger of having their applications remain pending beyond the 180-day automatic extension period, resulting in applicants losing employment authorization and/or EAD validity in the approximately 2-year period beginning May 2024 because of USCIS processing delays and through no fault of their own. It is known as Operation Lone Star, and it was launched by Governor Greg Abbott in March 2021 as the illegal immigration crisis gripped his border state. ... This month the state published an update on the security initiative’s work. Since it was put into place, over 507,200 illegal immigrants have been captured and more than 41,500 criminal arrests have been made with more than 36,900 felony charges filed. Additionally, Texas officials have transported over 100,000 illegal aliens to sanctuary cities throughout the country that openly welcome and protect migrants. New York received the largest chunk—42,000—of relocated migrants caught entering Texas illegally, followed by Chicago (34,400), Denver (18,000), Washington D.C. Key Findings: Under Biden enforcement priorities, there was a 71 percent decline in removals of deportable aliens who came to ICE’s attention due to a local criminal arrest. Ten states experienced an extreme decline in enforcement of greater than 80 percent under Biden policies (Connecticut, Georgia, Idaho, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Vermont). Of the 50 U.S. counties that typically have the most criminal alien removals, 14 experienced extreme declines (greater than 80 percent) under Biden policies. About one-third of these high-volume counties are in Texas. The high-volume counties with the steepest decline in removals of locally arrested criminals were Gwinnett County, Ga.; Plymouth County, Mass.; Bergen County, N.J.; and Kankakee County, Ill. Criminal removals dropped by more than 90 percent in these jurisdictions. There were 50 counties, parishes, or territories with a minimal baseline volume of enforcement where the number of criminal removals dropped by 90 percent or more. Eight of these were in Georgia. In one representative county, Howard County, Texas, under Biden policies just half the number of criminals convicted of homicides were removed than before, and there also were steep drops in removals of criminals convicted of assault, burglary, drugs, larceny, and sex offenses. About the Data. The records obtained by the Center itemize all aliens removed by ICE in fiscal years (October 1 – September 30) 2019 through 2021 in which the alien was identified by ICE as a result of a biometric match generated under the Secure Communities program.4 Using fingerprint matching, this program flags cases of aliens who are arrested by local law enforcement agencies for local crimes, and enables ICE to take action once the alien is held to account for the local crimes. These cases are tracked by ICE in a separate, unique data system that includes information on the state and county or territory where the alien was arrested (this locality information is not available in ICE’s main enforcement records system). The data fields also include the alien’s country of citizenship, criminal history, and other information on the alien’s immigration charges and case disposition, including the date of the alien’s removal from the United States. For this analysis, we selected records of removals for the time period of January to September in 2019 and 2021, to correspond approximately to the first nine months of the Biden administration and a comparable time period during the Trump administration before the pandemic lockdowns of 2020. If we continue that pace, it would be 14,000% by the end of the fiscal year and no one but China seems to know why. In 2021, U.S. Border Patrol agents apprehended 342 Chinese nationals. In 2022, that number jumped to 1,987. Then, in 2022, the number rose to an astonishing 24,125 — which, of course, doesn’t include the "gotaways" who made it past the Border Patrol. While the crisis at the southern border has impacted the entire nation, the areas nearest to Mexico have been hit hardest. Among them is Kinney County, Texas, which has seen criminal prosecutions jump by 5,000 percent in the years since Joe Biden took office. The unprecedented spike has diverted resources from the community's essential services, and made life harder for residents. During a hearing on the border crisis hosted by the House Budget Committee, Kinney County Attorney Brent Smith noted that in 2020, only 134 criminal charges were recorded in his jurisdiction. "This drastically changed in 2021," he explained, "after President Biden issued multiple executive orders revoking numerous border security policies that the DHS was operating under to successfully secure our border." He detailed how soon after, cartels "seized control of our border and imposed their own policies that would allow their criminal enterprises to thrive." In 2021, the county recorded 2,708 criminal charges, and the following year, that number ballooned to 6,800. While the figure did decrease slightly to 5,826 in 2023, Smith noted that it was still far too many for authorities to deal with. He said that while the county typically runs on a $6 million budget, Biden's open border policies have cost Texas taxpayers an additional $10.5 million, on top of the unmeasurable cost of losing the feeling of safety and security. https://cis.org/Report/ForeignBorn-Population-Grew-51-Million-Last-Two-Years Click To View Spoiler Foreign-Born Population Grew by 5.1 Million in the Last Two Years The largest two-year increase ever recorded By Steven A. Camarota and Karen Zeigler on May 13, 2024 The foreign-born or immigrant population (legal and illegal) hit new record highs in March 2024 of 51.6 million and 15.6 percent of the total U.S. population. Since March 2022 the foreign-born population has increased 5.1 million, the largest two-year increase in American history. The foreign-born population has never grown this much this fast. Although many think of immigrants only as workers, less than half of those who arrived since 2022 are employed. This analysis is based on the government’s monthly Current Population Survey (CPS), which like any survey has a margin of error, so there are fluctuations in the data. But the increase in the last two years is unlike anything seen before and is statistically significant. Among the findings: In March 2024 the foreign-born population reached 51.6 million, 5.1 million more than in March 2022 — the largest two-year increase ever recorded in American History. The 51.6 million foreign-born residents in March of this year were 15.6 percent of the total U.S. population, also record highs in American history. Since President Biden took office in January 2021 the foreign-born population has increased by 6.6 million in just 39 months. We have previously estimated that nearly 58 percent of the increase under President Biden is due to illegal immigration. If present trends continue, the foreign-born population will reach 62.5 million in 2030 and 82.2 million by 2040 — larger than the current combined populations of 30 states plus the District of Columbia. Many observers think of immigrants solely as workers, but only 46 percent of the foreign-born who arrived in 2022 or later were employed in the first part of 2024 — similar to the share of new arrivals employed during previous economic expansions. As in any human population, many newly arrived immigrants are children, elderly, disabled, caregivers, or others with no ability to work or interest in doing so. Only about 8 percent of the 2.5 million new arrivals who are not working say they are actively looking for work. The dramatic recent increases in the size of the foreign-born population represent net growth. The number of new arrivals was much higher but was offset by outmigration and natural mortality among the foreign-born already here. There also is some undercount in this data, so the actual number of foreign residents in the United States is larger. https://cis.org/Bensman/Did-Jordanian-BorderCrosser-Just-Attempt-Terror-Attack-Marine-Corps-Base-Near-DC Click To View Spoiler Home Todd Bensman Did a Jordanian Border-Crosser Just Attempt a Terror Attack on a Marine Corps Base Near D.C.? Did a Jordanian Border-Crosser Just Attempt a Terror Attack on a Marine Corps Base Near D.C.? Cone of silence falls over local media report of a breaching attempt at Quantico By Todd Bensman on May 14, 2024 Quantico The Potomac Local News, founded in 2010 “to help people understand what is happening in their local communities in Northern Virginia”, practices what it calls local “conservative journalistic standards” and almost prides itself on a fact of life about today’s politically bifurcated media landscape. As the online outlet explains on its “About” page” Often overlooked by the Washington, D.C. legacy media, we’ve remained true to our community by providing local, can’t-get-it anywhere-else coverage of local government, business, and charitable organizations. But on May 3, the little online newspaper’s Kelly Sienkowski broke a major national story with serious policy and electoral implications, but which has been overlooked by the legacy media. At issue in Sienkowski’s story is whether the United States just experienced its first attempted terror attack by a border-crossing illegal alien from the Middle East. In the early morning of May 3, two men in a box truck pulled up to the front gate of Quantico Marine Corps Base 35 miles southwest of Washington and tried to lie their way in claiming they were Amazon delivery men. After skeptical military police channeled them to an area for secondary security inspection, the driver hit the gas in defiance of orders to halt and tried to barrel the truck into the base’s town center. Quick-thinking MPs put up road barriers that stopped the truck. The Marines ended up citing the two for trespassing on federal property. Sienkowski’s Potomac Local News story, quoting a prepared email statement from base spokesman Capt. Michael Curtis (shared with me) confirmed the incident’s basic contours but no more. It would have remained merely a curious local incident had she not kept pressing. Sienkowski cited “multiple anonymous sources” to report more details that ramp up this incident to a national story with potential implications for President Joe Biden’s highly controversial U.S. border policies and even the outcome of this November’s presidential election – an election which is frequently said to hinge on widespread voter concerns about a prolonged mass migration crisis that has allowed into the country hundreds on the FBI’s terrorism watch list, among millions of other foreign nationals from all over the world. Sienkowski’s sources told her that one of the two individuals in the truck was a Jordanian foreign national who “recently crossed the southern border into the U.S.” and also that one of them is on the U.S. terrorist watch list. Her sources didn’t say which was on the watch list. But clearly both were foreign nationals in the country on questionable legal status grounds because, after citing the two men for trespassing, the Marine Corps turned them over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the sources told Sienkowski. Questions Gone Unanswered. The big question in the room that has gone unanswered for more than a week after Sienkowski reported the story is, of course, this one: Did illegal border-crossers from the Middle East just try to attack a U.S. military base? Many more questions deserve answers too. Have U.S. investigators ruled out a terrorism motive? Do U.S. counterterrorism agencies even want to know, and is anyone even investigating that question? Were there any weapons in the truck or on the illegal immigrants it carried? Was the truck itself the weapon? That wouldn’t be unusual. And where’d they get it? Did the men say anything illuminating during their time in custody about why and how they obviously planned acquisition of a box truck and plotted out a strategy to lie their way into a military base in it? When and how exactly did the men enter the United States? Was the Jordanian a Palestinian Arab from Gaza and angry about U.S. support for Israel’s retaliatory war? Many Palestinians hold Jordanian passports. Did an overwhelmed Border Patrol accidentally release the one who was on the FBI’s terrorist watch list as part of what I have reported as a new national security threat phenomenon of accidental releases? Border Patrol has encountered at least 340 immigrants on the terrorism watch list since the mass migration began three years ago. In at least eight instances, the overwhelmed Border Patrol has accidentally released watch-listed illegal border-crossers and DHS had to frantically hunt them down afterwards. What has ICE done with this pair since the MPs turned them over? I emailed Sienkowski to query her about what she’s learned in the week since her story published. Not much. No one will tell her anything more, and none of the larger media outlets has joined her lonely quest. A local mom living in northern Virginia who has no formal journalism training, Sienkowski took a few minutes to chat with me on Mother’s Day. She said she pursued the story after seeing a comment on social media, published what she could find out, and has fought a very lonely battle for more answers. “What really blows my mind is that no other media has followed up on the story after a whole week has passed,” Sienkowski told me. “We need more transparency in how our border problems are impacting national security through localized incidents like this one.” Sienkowski isn’t really surprised. She knows she is a journalistic small fry seeking sensitive answers from a monolithic federal bureaucracy that would only see benefit in saying nothing until her blip of an obscure local story blows over. There is, after all, electoral peril in any admission that President Biden’s controversial border policies just produced an attempted illegal-immigrant terror attack on a military base just outside Washington, D.C. No one will tell Sienkowski anything, certainly not the Marine Corps nor ICE. “We have reached out to almost every elected official, and many running for office,” Sienkowski said. She named names: Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger (D-Va., 7th District), Virginia Republican candidate for congress Derrick Anderson, Republican candidate for congress Cameron Hamilton, Coles District Supervisor Yesli Vega, “and many more local candidates and supervisors.” “I’ll keep you posted on any updates and responses,” Sienkowski assured me. In a region saturated by major media outlets anchored by the likes of The Washington Post, only a stay-at-home mom who freelances part-time as a local reporter seems remotely curious that a couple of illegal border-crossers, one of them from Jordan, just tried to lie their way onto a U.S. Marine Corps facility and, when caught, tried to forcibly breach it for some purpose that cannot possibly have been benign. Taking all this into account, I can promise one thing: Sienkowski is no longer alone in her quest for answers. (An abridged version of this article was published by New York Post on May 13.) Just to close the loop, CBP tallied more than 187,000 total encounters nationwide in April, a 4.3 percent increase over March. That includes a massive spike in apprehensions at the Northern (Canadian) border, where agents nabbed 1,940 illegal entrants, a 31 percent increase over March and nearly twice as many aliens as in April 2023 (977). ... That brings me to yet another Biden administration initiative, known as “CHNV parole”. It allows up to 30,000 nationals of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela monthly to apply from abroad for two-year periods of “parole” — which allows them to live and work here even though the administration was recently forced to admit to Congress that they are all “by definition, inadmissible”. Once they’re approved, the vast majority of CHNV parolees skip the border and fly directly into domestic airports. Because they “are, by definition, inadmissible”, however, they count as CBP encounters. ... From “Absolutely Catastrophic” to Just “Catastrophic”. Despite these points, the administration is crowing over the CBP numbers. A more realistic view was offered by House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Green (R-Tenn.): The border has gone from “absolutely catastrophic” to just “catastrophic”. And it’s still a disaster. https://cis.org/Arthur/Effect-Border-Crisis-US-Elections Click To View Spoiler The Massive Increase in the Foreign Born Under Biden. My colleagues Steve Camarota and Karen Ziegler recently released an analysis that revealed that the foreign-born population in the United States has hit new highs — both in raw numbers and in percentage. As of March 2024, 51.6 million foreign-born individuals were living in this country, comprising 15.6 percent of the U.S. population. By comparison, during the “Great Wave” of migration in the 1890s, 9.2 million foreign-born individuals lived here, and they comprised 14.8 percent of the population. When it comes to accommodating and assimilating “newcomers”, the United States is in uncharted waters. More saliently, as Camarota and Zeigler point out, the foreign-born population has increased by 6.6 million since President Biden took office, 58 percent of whom are here “due to illegal immigration”. Note that Camarota and Ziegler admit this is an undercount, and that “the actual number of foreign residents in the United States is larger” than they are able to assess and measure. Regardless, it’s still a massive increase in the number of aliens who are residing here — both legally and illicitly. https://cis.org/Arthur/Texas-Takes-El-Paso-NGO Click To View Spoiler Texas Takes on El Paso NGO As judge alleges that the state has ‘ulterior political motives’ By Andrew R. Data shows that the high number of encounters are foreign nationals from countries that previously hadn’t accounted for much illegal immigration. In the past, the majority of illegal aliens apprehended were from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador. However, so far in Fiscal Year 2024 (in just seven months), those countries only accounted for 20 percent of the apprehensions in the San Diego sector. Since President Biden took office, more than 3.3 million migrants have been given a Employment Authorization Document (EAD), commonly known as the federal work permit, even though many didn’t even legally have the right to be America. In many cases, migrants are given the right to work before they are even given asylum, a green card or other legal documentation that allows them to stay. ... To illustrate the impact of this policy, consider that between 2013 and 2020, the immigration authorities granted parole to a mere 479 individuals crossing the border illegally, reflecting the case-by-case, emergency nature of the administrative tool. In contrast, under the Biden administration immigration authorities paroled in nearly 700,000 illegal border-crossers in 2022-23. Most have immediate eligibility for a work permit and a Social Security card. In some cases, those receiving parole apply for asylum later, after already getting a work permit — nullifying the 180-day wait rule. In 2022, 1.279 million work permits were handed out. By 2023 that number had risen to 2.139 million and 2024 is on track to break 3.3 million. --------------------------------------------------- 6-6 https://www.zerohedge.com/economics/wall-street-admits-biggest-economic-shocker-all-jobs-past-year-have-gone-illegal-aliens Below we excerpt from the Englander note because we hope that more economists, strategists and politicians will read it and grasp what we have been saying for over a year. Echoing what we have said for months, Englander writes that immigration, particularly illegal immigration, "is a political flashpoint that has also become an important factor in assessing economic performance. Detailed data from US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) suggest that half of non-farm payroll (NFP) growth to date for FY24 (started 1 October 2023) has been from undocumented immigrants who have received an Employment Authorization Document (EAD)" (he defines undocumented immigrants as those who entered the US through non-traditional immigration pathways, such as asylum seekers, parolees, and refugees). The ability to track EAD issuance to undocumented workers is an advantage in estimating how much they have contributed to employment growth. NFP counts workers with an EAD just like any other. Using that data, it is easy to estimate that undocumented workers have added 109k jobs per month to NFP out of the average 231k increase so far in FY24. Which is staggering since last night we showed that about 100K monthly jobs are purely statistical distortions, and the real pace of job growth in the past year has been around 130K. So if 100K jobs per month are fabricated birth/death artifacts (i.e., not real jobs but a statistically goalseeked fudge factor), and another 109K jobs per month are illegal aliens, that leaves just about 11K jobs for everyone else, i.e., law abiding Americans. AP Photo/Elaine Thompson The Biden-Harris administration is granting citizenship to immigrants at speeds not seen in over a decade while a wholly disinterested mainstream media is doing little more than bragging about it. There was a time in this country when journalists would find stealing an election a topic of interest. A threat to democracy, even. Instead, the New York Times recently published a glowing report indicating that over the first nine months of the fiscal year, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USIS) is averaging under five months to process naturalization applications. That process took almost exactly a year on average in 2021. What could possibly be happening in 2024 that would cause the administration to view the process of turning an immigrant into a citizen with the right to vote with such urgency? While the answer to that seems glaringly obvious, Xiao Wang, chief executive of Boundless, a company that offers services to immigrants seeking help with the naturalization process, makes it even more clear. "The surge in naturalization efficiency isn’t just about clearing backlogs; it’s potentially reshaping the electorate, merely months before a pivotal election," Wang admits. "Every citizenship application could be a vote that decides Senate seats or even the presidency." That’s not subtle. At all. "Reshaping the electorate" has always been the goal of this administration. It was the only way Biden was going to win in 2024. Now, it might be the only way to drag Harris across the finish line come November. Though the Times makes no attempt to discern between legal and illegal immigrants in their report, they point out those being fast-tracked through processing to grant them voting rights “historically leaned Democratic.” The Washington Post followed up the Times’ work by pointing out that “the government has increased resources to grant citizenship to qualified applicants on an expedited timeline.” This, the Post contends, is okay because the number of newly processed citizens “pales next to the number of deaths and new seniors in the states.” The Times doesn’t expressly state just how many of these freshly minted voters courtesy of the administration would affect voting in swing states. Still, they confess such battleground contests “have large and growing numbers of voting-age naturalized citizens, including Georgia, Arizona, Nevada and Pennsylvania.” This has been the playbook from Kamala Harris from the beginning. Harris, we now know, was essentially running the country while President Biden was mentally incapable of doing so. She strategically landed the title of border czar (you know, before the media rewrote history on that matter) and proceeded to open up the floodgates to illegals. Harris’ mindset was exposed on her 2019 campaign website which linked to a study touting the “electoral implications” of not deporting some illegal immigrants. Those individuals, the campaign wrote, “could provide sizable contributions to the margin of victory in swing states." Again, it’s not subtle. The effort to use immigrants to sway elections (in 2022 and 2024) has been a hallmark of the Biden-Harris administration. Their urgency has increased exponentially when it became clear Donald Trump was leading not just national surveys, but nearly every swing state poll as well. Their desperation has been on full display. Biden and Harris in 2022 installed a de facto amnesty program in which 200,000 deportation cases were simply thrown out due to Homeland Security’s failure to file the proper paperwork in time. The administration “unilaterally” paroled over a million illegal immigrants using a 1950s law in an "unprecedented" way. Biden and Harris announced a new mass amnesty policy in June that would shield half a million illegal immigrants from deportation. Now they are pushing citizenship at a record pace, hoping to use new citizens that "historically lean Democrat" to boost Harris’s election prospects. Over 3.3 million immigrants have become naturalized citizens since the two entered the White House. It is, without a doubt, an active attempt at “reshaping the electorate” in a way that could alter the outcome of the 2024 election. Specifically, regional law enforcement and the FBI advised that gang members emanating from Cuba and Venezuela are organizing and working in concert to commit thefts within the Permian Basin. These individuals and groups are armed, violent in nature and will not hesitate to use force. Crimes associated with these groups include the theft of oil, diesel fuel, copper wire, and catalyst elements. Recent incidents have also included two assaults by water haulers who were attempting to steal oil from WTX oilfield sites. After the thieves were observed by witnesses who drove up to investigate, the thieves attempted to use their vehicles to run the witnesses off the road. In another incident, a thief, acting as a spotter and following a water hauler who had stolen oil, also attempted to run a witness off the road. There have been numerous reports of second vehicles acting as spotters for water haulers committing oil thefts. An industry peer provided the below snapshot of a video surveillance of an armed thief checking out an area before stealing diesel from the location. --------------------------------------------- Apathetic cop tells a a guy that they're going to let an illegal walk free because they live in an sanctuary city, and that he has had to let someone with a double homicide walk free ... again ... because theya re in a sanctuary city. I Meme Therefore I Am ????@ImMeme0 HOLY FVCK! A cop tells a citizen who is reporting a crime committed by an immigrant: "I've arrested a double homicide suspect in this city before, I let him walk out the door because we're sanctuary city. We do not report illegals, undocumented immigrants." CITIZEN: "So you're gonna let a person who went to prison, he committed crime in America, who's illegal right now, you re gonna let him go free right now?" OFFICER: "That's exactly what I'm saying because we are sanctuary city" This is going to be Harris’ America! 12:18 PM · Sep 3, 2024 · 6.4M Views 40.6K Reposts 3,462 Quotes 84.3K Likes 13.5K Bookmarks People will not put up with this for long. The tissue paper thick protection of society is being shredded. People WILL start protecting themselves, and once people realize this is a meanngful option, you're going to get enforcement bands. Once you get that people realize they have real power and the government isn't stopping them. That's when hell on earth breaks out in the form of anarchy. That's how people wind up getting necklaced with a tire and set on fire in south africa. Society will break down and *cease.* Knowing if you live in a place that has sanctuary status is now a risk assessment factor that means a lot. For those who know history, look at the highest percentage FB from 1850 to the 1910-20 (the classic migration era). That was spread over 50-60 years. What we have had is in less than 4 years, and more in raw numbers than all of that before AND it looks like probably higher percentage FB. It's obvious but this needs to be said: This is culture war. Camarota on September 12, 2024 The Census Bureau today released the 2023 American Community Survey (ACS), which shows a total foreign-born or immigrant population (legal and illegal) of 47.83 million in July 2023 — an increase of 1.65 million compared to the 2022 ACS. The size of the foreign-born population and the year-over-year increase are the largest the survey has ever shown.1 At 14.3 percent of the total U.S. population, the share is also a record in the ACS. The bureau also released on Tuesday, September 10, the Annual Social and Economic Supplement of the Current Population Survey (ASEC CPS), which shows a foreign-born population of 51.26 million as of March 2024 — an increase of 2.48 million over March 2023. The ASEC CPS shows the foreign-born were 15.5 percent of the total U.S. population.2 As with the ACS, the total size, single-year increase, and share of the U.S. population that is foreign- born in the 2024 ASEC CPS are all new record highs for the survey.3 (The likely reasons for the differing numbers are differing methodologies as well as the fact that the ASEC CPS is more recent, reporting March 2024 numbers, rather than the ACS's July 2023.) --------------------------------------------------- 9-17 https://welcomingrefugees2025.org/ Click To View Spoiler The international community faces a forced migration crisis of historic proportions. We must offer bold leadership and innovative solutions and join other nations by doing our part. The United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) recently reported that an unprecedented 110 million people are forcibly displaced worldwide, 40 percent of whom are children. Among them, UNHCR estimates that 2.4 million refugees need urgent access to resettlement this year, but less than one percent are afforded this chance. We continually hear from our constituents that they believe in and support refugee resettlement. From greeting refugee families at the airport to assisting with English language classes or navigating bus lines, our communities stand for welcome. By Misty Severi Published: September 16, 2024 7:57pm --------------------------------------------------- 9-20 https://www.justfacts.com/news_non-citizen_voter_registration Click To View Spoiler Potential Impacts In presidential elections, roughly half of non-citizens who are registered turn out to vote. Given that about 10% to 27% of them are currently registered, this means about 5% to 13% of them will illegally vote in the 2024 presidential and congressional elections. The U.S. Census recorded a population of 19.7 million voting-age non-citizens in the U.S. during 2022. This is an absolute minimum because the Census doesn’t count masses of non-citizens who falsely claim to be citizens or don’t fill out Census surveys. Also, the figure of 19.7 million doesn’t include multitudes of non-citizens who’ve entered since 2022. This includes people who legally immigrated, crossed the border illegally, or were allowed into the country under the Biden administration’s parole policies. Based on the data above, roughly 1.0 million to 2.7 million non-citizens will illegally vote in the 2024 presidential and congressional elections unless stronger election integrity measures are implemented. And in the biggest "well DUH" of all time: Who Do Non-Citizens Vote For? In the 2008 presidential election, 82% of non-citizens who admitted that they voted stated that they voted for Democrat Barack Obama, while only 18% said they voted for Republican John McCain. Showing this was not a fluke, Richman found in multiple surveys conducted from 2006 to 2022 that 73% to 82% of non-citizens supported Democratic candidates. Those outcomes accord with the promises and actions of Democrat politicians to give wide-ranging welfare and full amnesty to people who immigrate to the United States legally or illegally. --------------------------------------------------- 9-24 https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/elections/non-citizens-added-states-voter-rolls-through-dmv-even-after-admitting Click To View Spoiler Non-citizens added to states’ voter rolls through DMV, even after admitting lack of US citizenship “We have hundreds where they actually mark on the form, ‘hello, not a citizen,’ and they still get registered to vote,” J. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), created after 9/11 to protect the country from another terrorist attack, has released the foreign criminals in cities around the U.S., according to the Deputy Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the DHS agency charged with “enforcing immigration laws to preserve national security and public safety.” In figures reluctantly provided to Congress ICE’s second in command, Patrick Lechleitner, reveals that as of July 21, 2024 662,566 noncitizens with criminal histories are on the agency’s “non-detained docket” and therefore roaming freely throughout the country. The data is “beyond disturbing,” said the Texas congressman, Republican Tony Gonzales, who forced DHS to provide the records. Nearly 15,000 of the freed illegal aliens have been convicted of or charged with murder, more than 20,000 with sexual assault, 60,268 with burglary, larceny, or robbery, 105,146 with assault, 16,820 with weapon offenses, 3,971 with commercialized sex crimes and 3,372 with kidnapping. Over 126,000 have committed traffic offenses, more than 70,000 are in the system for drug crimes, 21,106 for fraudulent activities and 12,000 for obstruction of justice. --------------------------------------------------- 10-3 Video @ tweet link.

The data excludes Office of Field Operations data, gotaway data (those who illegally entered and evaded capture), and northern border apprehension data, meaning the overall number is likely much higher. Nick tries to talk to anyone who will talk to him regardless their position and man, does he get an earful from the people who will talk. It's also telling who won't talk to him. You will notice a recurring theme: the people being flown in are being given money and are buying things that even the locals can't afford; there are landlords taking advantage of what has to be taxpayer funded rental payment rates, and there are large employers giving employment hidden from the local people to the invaders. These are linked up with workers agencies, and there are NGOS behind this who are advertising these jobs ONLY to the foriegn people. There is a pretty constant lie that "americans won't do these jobs." They can't if you won't let them apply, and they can't if you're paying half of what you would have to pay someone who is an american (because the government enforces minimum wages for us and SSI taxes & etc. that drive the cost of hiring us up. What I cannot summarize for you is how desperate some of these people are. Regarding the repub politician lady he talks to in the springfield vid - yes, she was very offputting to me at first. Towards the end not quite as much. Everyone universally says the hatians are horrid drivers (as in, drive around at 15mph everywhere and still somehow manage to flip cars in the middle of downtown) and that they stare at you. Watch, and see what the people on the ground *in it* have to say. It is worth the time. Springfield: Springfield, Ohio Is Under A Migration Invasion. Is Your Town Next? According to the report, the memo describes "several technical problems" affecting approximately 150 towers. Except, this isn't a bombshell. What should actually be shocking is that Congressional leaders are acting shocked, like those who recently sent a letter about the towers to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. These revelations simply reiterate what people who have been watching border technology have known for decades: Surveillance at the U.S.-Mexico border is a wasteful endeavor that is ill-equipped to respond to an ill-defined problem. ... In fact, the history of camera towers at the border is an ugly cycle. First, Border Patrol introduces a surveillance program with a catchy name and big promises. Then a few years later, oversight bodies, including Congress, conclude it's an abject mess. But rather than abandon the program once and for all, border security officials come up with a new name, slap on a fresh coat of paint, and continue on. A few years later, history repeats. Why get rid of the problem when getting rid of the problem would mean less funding. --------------------------------------------------- 10-24 https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13989363/mexico-migrant-caravan-election-todd-bensman.html 'We pray Trump DOESN'T win': 150,000 migrants in Mexico are rushing to the border before the election - and tell TODD BENSMAN they're terrified Donald will lock them out! By Todd Bensman For Dailymail.Com Published: 11:39 EDT, 23 October 2024 | Updated: 14:14 EDT, 23 October 2024 'I love Kamala Harris,' a young Venezuelan man declared as he rested on the side of a highway in southern Mexico last week. His belongings were heaped at his feet. Hundreds of fellow migrants stretched out along the roadway in both directions. They're headed for the U.S. and nearly all of them have an opinion about who should be America's next president. 'Donald Trump, no,' the Venezuelan man said, shaking his head and dragging his thumb across his throat in a slicing motion. ... 'If [Trump] wins… one has to do what the government says, [wait] for my turn,' said Carlos, a Honduran man in a caravan 30 miles north of Tapachula. In reality, it's unlikely that these migrants will be able to make the 1,300-mile trek in the next two weeks. But they can try. And there's another more complicated reason that the caravans have started back up: The Mexican government is encouraging them. 'If [Trump] wins… one has to do what the government says, [wait] for my turn,' said Carlos, a Honduran man in a caravan 30 miles north of Tapachula. The caravans that I traveled with were escorted by Mexican National Guard escorts, something that I have witnessed. ... A group of Ghanaian men in a congested park in Tapachula told me that they feared a Trump presidency. 'We do not like Donald Trump, because he don't like us,' one man said. To him, Kamala Harris is the preferred option. Another Ghanian man said he plans to wait for the results of the election, before making his next move: 'If after election day [Harris is elected], we know that everything is good, then we can enter.' ... A middle-aged Venezuelan man also in the park reiterated those fears: 'We know that if Donald Trump wins, all the migrants will be kicked out the [United States]… we hope that he doesn't win.' It is still unclear how far north these migrant caravans will get before America votes – and I suspect that many migrants only wish to escape Tapachula. But, certainly, it seems likely that after November 5 – Mexico's newly-elected president will consider her country's part in 'Operation Carousel' to be complete and lift any remaining immigration controls. That would mean hundreds of thousands of migrants, who have been waiting out the U.S. election in Mexico, may be permitted to – once again – try their luck at crossing illegally into the U.S. --------------------------------------------------- 10-28 https://www.thecentersquare.com/national/article_0517d1f8-947f-11ef-988c-234250ad3908.html (The Center Square) – Of the 14 million illegal border crossers reported under the Biden-Harris administration, more than 3 million are from four countries whose citizens were granted expanded entry through a parole program created by U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas: Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela (CHNV). At least 2,496,080 illegal border crossers from CHNV countries were reported under the Biden-Harris administration, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection data. The data represents fiscal years 2021-2024, excluding the first three months of fiscal 2021 under the previous administration. The federal fiscal year is from Oct. 1 through Sept. 30. When including the 531,000 released into the country through CHNV, the total increases to at least 3,027,080 from these four countries. The total excludes gotaways, those who illegally entered and evaded capture, those released into the country through the CBP One App and other parole programs Mayorkas created, and the tens of thousands of Haitians and Cubans repatriated by the U.S. Coast Guard, The Center Square reported. Mayorkas argues the CHNV and other parole programs are legal and necessary; federal judges have ruled they aren’t. --------------------------------------------------- 10-30

--------------------------------- https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2024/oct/23/dhs-approved-tren-de-aragua-gang-members-refugees/ ‘Stunning security failure’: U.S. agents miss Venezuelan gang tattoos in scan for refugee approvals The Department of Homeland Security greenlighted refugee applications for Venezuelan gang members after immigration officers failed to spot their gang tattoos, The Washington Times has learned. Kevin Grigsby, head of refugee operations at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, said several members of the vicious Tren de Aragua gang were approved and made it to the U.S. border before a different agency spotted the tattoos and blocked them from entering. Experts said tattoos are a standard indicator of gang membership and expressed shock that USCIS was missing those red flags. Concerns have been heightened about TDA, whose members have been linked to a series of high-profile crimes. In an email obtained by The Times, Mr. Grigsby scolded his employees for failing to perform basic checks. “Unfortunately we did not ask about the tattoos during our adjudication or did not identify that the tattoos asked about were consistent with gang membership,” he wrote in the Sept. 16 message. “The potential entry of suspected gang members into the United States represents a serious public safety concern that we need to make sure we are being vigilant against.” |

https://farside.link/nitter/amuse/status/1656453614959722498 https://cis.org/Bensman/Biden-DHS-Coordinating-Illegal-Immigration-InFlows-Mexico Quote not folding, put it in a spoiler fold. Click To View Spoiler Biden DHS Coordinating Illegal Immigration In-Flows with Mexico A striking level of collusion, as Biden's officers use an encrypted online chat room to tell Mexico when to let migrants swim across By Todd Bensman on May 10, 2023 Mexican immigration officials trying to control the flow of illegal border-crossers. All photos by Todd Bensman MATAMOROS, Mexico – In recent days, large crowds of immigrants have formed on the Mexican side of the Rio Grande fully prepared to swim over well-worn crossing spots to Brownsville – but seemingly held back by unarmed Mexican immigration officials. Over the course of several recent days in this northeastern Mexican city when perhaps 3,000 immigrants a day swam over to Brownsville with no opposition on either side, a curious pattern became evident. At some sort of signal from the Mexican immigration officers, a group of about 100-150 from the crowd would suddenly stand in unison and rush down the riverbank, past the immigration officers, and swim over to America. It turns out that this pattern was far from happenstance. The Center for Immigration Studies asked several of the Mexican immigration officers what was going on and learned that President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security has been coordinating these mass swims with Mexico’s immigration service, INM, at high levels on an encrypted Whatsapp channel. The officers explained that their senior officers were in touch with U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials about how many immigrants were gathered and were prepared to cross the river at any given time. “We’re letting them know that there’s a group of people ready to cross,” one officer explained. The Americans on the other side would ask the Mexicans to hold back the migrants – not because such crossings are illegal and should be blocked and obstructed, but only until the Americans had finished processing the last batch into the country through Brownsville. Once the Americans felt they could take in more, they message the Mexicans that “they are ready to receive them.” Then, senior officials would radio the on-ground immigration officers, all of whom are equipped with radios. Next, the officers signal to the waiting crowd to go forward and, once they figure enough are in the water, they cut off the rest and push and cajole them back into line until the Americans signal they’re ready again. The Mexican officers said the Americans initiated this system in late April but could only guess at why – perhaps to better manage the processing of very high recent numbers of crossings. But the collaboration explains why Mexican immigration officers are stationed at the river at all, and raises many questions. CBP did not immediately respond to CIS’s telephoned and emailed messages for comment. But the process, which has never been publicized, amounts to a “controlled-flow” system most often used, controversially, by Colombia, Panama, and Costa Rica, to facilitate mass illegal migration to the U.S. border rather than incur the expense and trouble of blocking it in those countries. Controlled-flow by the Biden administration’s DHS with Mexico also constitutes a highly unusual U.S. policy that demonstrates formal acquiescence to illegal immigration and an official willingness to accommodate mass illegal immigration rather than stopping, blocking, or deterring it, as required by law. It remains unclear as the Title 42 expedited removal power comes to an end at midnight on 5/11, and is replaced by a new policy, if the controlled-flow scheme will continue working. Numerous times in Matamoros, CIS witnessed migrants charge the Mexican immigration officers and pour into the river ahead of “schedule.” Dozens of the migrants openly argued with the Mexican officers to let them through. But the officers argued back that they had to be patient, lest children or adults drown in uncontrolled crossings. Mexico seemed to signal a willingness to use muscle if necessary to maintain the controlled-flow arrangement. Late Tuesday, as the crowd grew visibly restive, a squad of armed Mexican National Guard showed up and began patrolling the line. I don't think the release was planned or intentional, but they sure did take advantage of it as soon as their fellow thinkers figured it out and showed them the way. Our left and the CCP went the lockdown route because our left is american style maoism. They think the same way and thus will react the same way to the same situation. ETA: pepperidge farms remembers anita dunn: https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2012/10/17/obama-debate-advisor-anita-dunn-mao/ Ben Shapiro17 Oct 2012 Everybody realizes at this point that one of President Barack Obama’s debate coaches is 2004 losing presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry (D-MA). But it’s been largely overlooked that another one of his debate coaches is Anita Dunn. The third lesson and tip actually come from two of my favorite political philosophers, Mao Zedong and Mother Teresa — not often coupled with each together, but the two people that I turn to most to basically deliver a simple point, which is, you’re going to make choices. You’re going to challenge. You’re going to say, “Why not?” You’re going to figure out how to do things that have never been done before. But here’s the deal: These are your choices. They are no one else’s. In 1947, when Mao Zedong was being challenged within his own party on his plan to basically take China over, Chiang Kai-shek and the Nationalist Chinese held the cities, they had the army, they had the air force, they had everything on their side. And people said, “How can you win? How can you do this? How can you do this against all of the odds against you?” And Mao Zedong said, you know, “You fight your war, and I’ll fight mine.” And think about that for a second. The american left has widely adopted maoist tactics. Heck, we have useful suckers for the red-guardist "attack the olds" in putatively friendly places. Some take "ok boomer" just that far. |

At this point anyone caught knowingly employing an illegal needs to be stripped of their business license and everyone within the company involved with the hiring process needs to be stripped of everything they own (probably the only time I'd support asset forfeiture) and then thrown in jail- besides cutting off any and all benefits, it's the only thing that has any chance of slowing them down.

It's a orchestrated attack using illegal immigration on nearly all western countries actually. It's going on in Europe too, except, it's NGO ships that scoop up the migrant army at sea and then dump them onto Europe. It started to peak around 2015 in Europe, and our southern border is being invaded using the same talking points that were first used in Europe in 2015. They are told to say that they are refugees in order to give the media talking points to deceive the public with, and the elected officials are in on it and bus them around to various states in our case, and to various EU countries in Europe's case.
It's not a random occurrence at all. The global warming claims are just BS lies. If there was even a tiny grain of truth too it then there would be swarms trying to get into Japan and South Korea as those are wealthy first world countries but no, they don't have this issue, as their politicians are like Trump and don't allow it. |
