This might seem kind of silly, but when I'd be jammin' through GD and see his bald-headed avatar, I always stopped to see what he said.
I had an image in my head that he was quick-witted badass. I hadn't seen that avatar for a while, and guess I just didn't know he'd been banhammered. Now this...  ...pretty hard to come up with a comment about it other than to say I'll pray for those he left behind, and that he found peace from what haunted him in this life.
As someone mentioned, 'seeya on the other side'. |

I just spoke to Dans wife for the last 45 minutes. She and the girls are definitely hurting. They had no insurance, nothing. I asked her what I could do to help, to ask my fellow arfcomers. She asked for one thing. She would like to see letters from people that knew Dan and liked him. Letters addressed to her daughters. She wants the girls to know there are people out there who liked and respected their father. I'm already composing my letter. She also asked for me NOT to share her email address. Evidently she receive a lot of hate mail from members here. Sad. So, if anyone wants to write a letter geared to cheering up daughters who are having a very hard time handling this, send them to me and I will forward them on. She shared with me what happened, but asked that I not go into details. It was devastating to the girls. They need our help. RIP! He was a funny guy no doubt , but it was a comment he made after I mentioned about my autistic son that showed he was a caring dude! I also asked him in a pm a long time ago if I could use one of his quotes as a sig line. Sadly Im a puter idot and had a hard time figuring out how to change it and never used it.
