I used Quicken to refi about a year ago. The process was very smooth. Its all done on line , be ready to do a lot of scanning and emailing.

Adding time isn't a gain. Quicken loans was very competitive but not any more. They are middle of the road but very easy.

I tried to go through loandepot.com last month and got spammed SOOOOO MUCHHHHHH.
