GD had no interest in it, but I certainly do. Hopefully we can meet Tier 2 A+ compliance within a reasonable time period.
The act allows a individual to start a business and seek investment from investors who are not accredited. As it stands now, it's very difficult to get investment from someone who is not a millionaire or works for a venture capital firm.

It's pretty amazing really, because for my company it will allow us to get away from banks and deal with smaller investors who are more business minded. It could also move banks towards a more competitive business style, because as it stands now they're the only ones lending to small businesses.
