I"m volunteering to be Texas coordinator for the following meetings.  Ideally we'd get one volunteer per city to start a thread and coordinate locally like I've done below.

Good to see folks doing this. The NFA community apprecaites it.

A suggestion would be to bring an approved NFA form with you to illustrate.

Does anyone know which Austin meeting is better to attend, the 28th or 29th? Probably can make one or the other depending on which is more beneficial.

Missed the Ft Worth meeting, but it was not SWA fault...I didn't get to the airport until 6:30.

Hopefully someone that made it please post a summary.

I am still trying to find information on the Austin hearing.  When and where is it?

The only info they give is this about the Austin meetings: The TPW Commission will make final rulemaking at its March 28-29 public hearing in Austin.

Most likely, although I don't know, they are holding meetings the two days and depending on time they'll address this issue one day or the other.

Better to go the the 29th as that's when they'll have a chance for public comment.

Not that I've found.  The guy at our meeting said Thursday's meeting will be open to public comment not the Wed. meeting.   The two should be played on the Internet.
