I was thinking of either Tyr or First Spear pouches since they have Ranger Green (matches all my other gear) and I like their gear. They have MP5, MP7 and UMP pouches. I imagine one of those works better than the others. I'm surprised the MP7 pouches work considering how small their bullets are.

I'm new to the Scorpion. I picked mine up about a week and a half ago and haven't even had a chance to shoot it yet. I added a CZ Customs buffer tube adapter, KAK tube, Shockwave Blade, HB spring kit, HB trigger and Vortex Spitfire 3X.

HSGI Tacos with mags.  30 rounders in the rifle pouches.  20 Rounder in the pistol pouch on the Double Decker(this fits tighter than I would run, but just did it for the photo).  And excuse crappy iPotato pic.

My F1 approved yesterday. F4 for my Gemtech Multimount should be right behind it.

I want to buy one of these. Preferably one of the 2016 models in FDE.  Where would you recommend me going?  Can i get on a backorder list somewhere?  How long could i expect an fde model to be available?

per CZ facebook

The new CZ Scorpion pistol has been our single most popular new product in recent years. Unfortunately, we have sold our entire 2015 production allocation.
Based on user input, we are incorporating a number of small changes to the 2016 version. Most important to customers will be:
• ½ x 28 threaded muzzle hidden under the factory 18 x 1 flash hider
• QD sling socket integrated into the rear endcap
Also, in addition to the black version, the 2016 Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Pistol will also be available in an FDE (Flat Dark Earth) variant.
Scorpion stocks and 922(r) parts are rolling in and are currently shipping as fast as we can assemble the packages.
Thanks to all our customers for making the CZ Scorpion one of the favorite new products in the firearms industry.

I use elite survival HL109 pouches. They fit great.

If you go with their triple rifle mag pouch.... you can fit nine mags.

Your velcroe panel on your bag looks like it may be long enough to fit two triple rifle pouches. That's 18 mags ready to roll and a very efficient use of space.

Elite Survival Systems Covert Operations Discreet Carry Case

The name is longer than the case itself.

16" Available HERE The 16" case comes with one triple pistol pouch. I switched it for the rifle pouch.

I actually switched to the 16" since the stamp. That was just a picture of the 26" I used when I had the brace, it's in the EE now.

CZ USA's Facebook post for the Scorpion at Shot Show 2016 said it will likely be 7 months before they see them available.  Originally they said May, now July/August... I wouldn't hold my breath for any time soon.  I hope I am proven wrong, as I have been waiting since October for a Evo III (canceled my Gen 1 order, got put on wait list for Gen 2).   CZ makes awesome stuff, but the availability issues are becoming a big problem as their demand grows.

Of the 26"?

I don't currently have any with the 16" but it fits fine with the stock folded or as a pistol.

So, to be clear, you can fit the scorpion in the 16in case with a folded stock and still have room for the mags?  I like the way the case looks but need room for mags, RDS, and a suppressor.  It LOOKS like it will all fit in the 16 inch case, but hopefully you can confirm before I take the plunge.  Many thanks.

They shouldn't have even shown them at SHOT if they are 7 or more months out.

I run the 16" and with the triple rifle mag pouch, you can fit over (20) 30rd magazines. 9 in the mag pouch, 1 in the gun, and 10-12 in the outside pouch. Mine has a stock and RDS mounted now and it fits perfectly. It also fits the suppressor inside. Pics

A lot of people misunderstand the point of SHOT show. SHOT is a trade show for manufacturers to line up distributor sales and  distributors to get in orders on the hot new products before the go into production.

The fact that the public sees some of the new stuff through media that goes to the show is a side benefit, and not the main purpose of the show.

I thought that was for the carbines. Not the pistols.  Could be wrong though.

Already got the 30 rd mags, Suppressor Form done, and shortened selector switches... but, no pistol.
I have a Scorpion Evo on order from Hyatt guns, stated 8-10 week backorder, I can only hope it runs no longer.

Approximately 14"X8.5"X2" thick. Will accommodate two rows of mags stacked on top of each other. 10 mags easily and 12 perfectly. That would be a little heavy if loaded though. I only use the interior pouch now even though I have enough mags to fill both inside and out. I run 9 mags plus the one in the gun and use the pouch for ATF forms and tools/batteries.

Thanks, Bud.  That is what I needed to know.

No problem.

Ordered the 16in case Elite discreet case.  Already on the way.  Seems about perfect.  Your input was the deciding factor.  Arfcom yet again helping me spend money.

Yep but only in the diagonal position.

Scorpion SBR with factory stock, Manticore 3 lug, RDS, Surefire Mini Scout mounted left side, and an Octane 9. It all fits and closes great.

Hmmmm I might do that.

I'm using a messenger bag right now but it's difficult to carry the suppressor or extra mags.

It's only money. I think you'll like it. I think I was one of the first here to try it out and was pleasently surprised when it arrived. It was actually nicer than I had expected.

I like it alot and it's exactly what I wanted it to be. The smallest case possible that would fit everything I needed.

You guys need to be aware that the the 16" case ships with a triple pistol mag pouch(3 mags)and not the triple rifle pouch(9 mags). I switched them out.

I used about 1/4th a bottle of un-bond fluid over the span of a week, and hit it with a heat gun. I had to use 100lbs or more of torque to get it off even after all that. I am not going to use any thread lock for now, people are saying it works fine without.

It should be fine. But I did put a couple dabs of some high temp stuff. That nut doesn't even really do much. keeps the hand guard secure, not like it holds the barrel or anything. It's crazy the amount of loctite they use.

Is the 16" elite case smaller than the Cz plastic case? I'm looking for the most smallest case between the 2.

Yeah I'm feeling the same way. I had my form 1 come in last week and I'm going crazy because I can't find the 922 r kit at a reasonable price. I saw a few on gun broker but the ones I watched all went over 200 bucks.

Anyone know when the last time cz USA shop had them in stock?
