If requirements change, do they put all NEWLY received applications in new stacks with new requirements? Or does everyone who applied in Aug/Sept/Oct/Nov simply not meet the new expectations? |

I called again today and they confirmed it was a Sept 6th Approved date...as of right now it's been a longer wait to actually receive the stamp than it took to approve the stamp! 2 weeks to approve it, and almost 4 weeks now and counting to receive it!!! I had an SBR transfer about a year ago as an individual, otherwise I can think of no other reason why it would have been so quick...but like I said, no stamp yet!

you have to call the NFA branch. I would keep checking to make sure your CC has been charged or the check cashed. That means they got it. Call again about 5 months later to check on it, or once people who mailed around the same time start getting theirs approved. You can apply for certified copy 30 days after approval.

The trend graph on NFAtracker.com has been starting to shift back up to the ~120-130 day mark.
Sucks. For some reason I was hoping to have my M11/9 before Christmas. It went pending 9/2. Wishful thinking I know, but some were getting approved around the 90 day mark at some point. Oh well. I haven't seen very many August approvals. I blame them for taking 3 weeks to cash my check. All my others were within a week. |

We're receiving late July submissions for trusts. Approval dates are almost 4 months to the day and about 1-2 weeks for mailing time.
