Anyone ever have this issue? Lower is PSA colt style block... upper is PSA with Hybrid bolt. Issue is failure to eject... bolt is coming by the ejector holding the spent case... and sliding right by the ejector with the spent case in tow. The ejector is NOT catching the casing... rather just moving to the side of the case. All are new components from PSA within the past couple of months. I have contacted PSA, with a call tag sent to me.. I just don't WANT to go through all that if it is something simple I can fix myself..... Thx....

Rudy... its moves a pretty good bit in the channel on the bolt... more than I would like... that is what is allowing the case head to ping off and push it to the side without ejecting...

The ejector on the PSA Colt style lower should move very little. Can you snap a picture of the ejector arm looking down onto the top of the lower receiver? Also check to make sure PSA installed the split roll pin through the side of the lower receiver to hold the ejector assembly in place. The end of the pin should be visible while looking into the hole on the left side of the lower, just forward of the bolt catch.

What holds it in...set screw or roll pin?

Rudy, the PSA ejector parts look very similar to the CMMG MK9 ejctor. Google CMMG MK9 ejector kit to see what I mean. Held in by a split roll pin.

Just saw Rudy's response to you and reread your original post. Is this the newer PSA Colt style lower or the older lower with the mag block installed? My comments were referring to the newer dedicated lower. Sorry if I'm pointing you in the wrong direction.

It is one of the lower deals on special a few months ago with the colt style block installed for $159. I bought it.. and stuck it to the side for when I picked up an upper. Finally got and upper and put it together... and now the problem....
