Should Gunsmoke Enterprises be included in this list of manufacturers/dealers? I found them through this thread, placed an order and later learned they have a horrible reputation. Unfortunately I ended up being burned by them too, I was sold a fake Vortex Flash Hider.
Buyer beware! 1Negative 2 Negative |

ok, I have heard really bad things about gunsmoke Ent. but I finally tried out my pistol buffer that he sent VERY fast and answered email questions VERY fast and it worked great. Just thought I would throw my 2 cents in.
I'm happy and would buy from him again. |

Can we please post some links to threads and web pages w/ info on barrel lengths and muzzle velocities for different rounds to aid the arfcommer who is wanting to make a pistol for a certian purpose?
Of particular concern to many is what barrel length is required to ensure fragmentatnio w/ different cartridges. I am having a hard time finding info on the performance of rounds such as the TAP out of sub 14.5" barrels. Here are a couple links for military cartridges out of 10" and greater barrels: #1 #2 #3 Notice they don't seem to give all the exact same data ![]() |
