If you have a questions about the status of your order please post it here. We will check it periodically and update you throughout the day. If you post the request anywhere else in our forum it will probably missed as all other threads will be designated for techincal discussions and general questions about PSA products and events.
Please note that we e-mail a UPS tracking number when we ship it out. For some reason we have had many customers not receive the e-mail over the last few weeks. However, most customers do recieve the tracking e-mail. We are working with UPS to get this situation resolved. Thanks, Jamin |

This is more of an fyi for the people of PSA.
My order was received by my ffl yesterday, but I never received a shipping confirmation. It was for order 69208. No worries from me, just thought I'd let you know in case you need to talk to ups or check any systems. |

Hello PSA,
I received 2 shipping confirmation for my order 00070331 one was for my accessories and one is for my Complete Upper. The accessories shipment is in "On Time" status but the Upper tracking still shows that it has not been given to UPS yet? It is scheduled to be deliver this friday and I really hope it will be here this friday and not next week. Can you give me the shipping status of that upper? when it was sent out and such? |

Web order 71601 Web order 71914 I am mostly concerned with ensuring that I get tracking info for 71601, as I have to have someone available to take the delivery. Got my LPK and Stock Kit today from the 29th, and just did a quick inventory on it, all parts are there. no tracking number on it, but it arrived the same day as my lower order tracking number says is out for delivery. A little slow, but I wasn't in much of a hurry either. Now just waiting on the mail to get to my FFL so I can pick my lower up.

Finally got an email back a few minutes ago. Sounds like the lowers are going out the door just fine, the uppers... The statement about the uppers was discouraging at best. No time frames, and apparently the already 7-day lead time has grown by some amount. I hate to feel offended about the way a company does business, but the money came out of my account on the same day I ordered it, perhaps they should have seen whether or not they could service the demand before selling things they didn't yet have. Fingers are crossed for a speedy solution but I'm not coming out of these transactions with a warm and fuzzy feeling. Here's hoping.
I suppose a thanks for the eventual reply is in order, though. |
