The Daily Express is a tabloid just like the Daily Mail. They run stories that are one step up from 'Bat Boy Lives' on the journalistic integrity scale. Their number one science headline is "Is NASA about to ANGER aliens on Europe as predicted by sci-fi visionary Arthur C. Clarke?"

Haha!  I thought you were joking:  http://www.express.co.uk/news/science/713598/NASA-alien-Europa-Arthur-C-Clarke-Jupiter

Hold on boys, we're about to be in an intergalactic war!!  I wonder which side the Martian snakes will come in on?  And yes, the Daily Express also has an article up describing how NASA found snake-like creatures on Mars.

ETA:  My mind has been eased somewhat by the Daily Express' throwaway comment about Elvis having been seen on Mars.  If The King is with them, the Martian snakes have got to be good guys.

Both correct of course.  The source is a joke.

The sad part it that the actual problem gets ingnored; Sweden has chosen to flood itself with both opportunistic/economic migrants and to a lesser degree, refugees.  But they have done a terrible job of integrating the newcomers - hence the not-uncommon riots and serious increase in crime.

You can't believe what Swedish police say, they are obviously lying about 'no-go' zones. Colonial propaganda.

Speaking to NRK, police officer Peter Larsson said: “We have a major crisis. Many colleagues are choosing to quit. “We are not investigating crimes, we don’t have time to cover the call-outs we are tasked with.

Honest question here: apparently the source is questionable at best (I really have no idea, as I'm not familiar with European sources), but can you speak to the legitimacy of the story itself? IOW, does the content appear to be accurate in your opinion?

Aside from that story and the one about black holes the website seems pretty normal to me.

Go take a look for yourself, there's barely more sci-fi stuff than you see on drudge ("man to live 200 years by end of this century" type stories) and I don't see any "bat boy meets frog girl" type stories either.

Want to know how to win an argument with the Swede?

Please dispute the following;

Population of Sweden in 2015 was roughly 9.8 million and that same year they took an estimated 163,000 Muslim migrants. Keep in mind this is their official number so off the books it's actually much larger.

Now the US population is 319 million so proportionally that would be like the US accepting 5,300,000 Muslim migrants in a SINGLE year. . . . if you're curious the PEW Hispanic research center says the US takes about 500,000 illegal immigrants a year (again in perspective)

When you add in the fact that Sweden is just the same size as California, coupled with the fact that the refugees into Sweden are predominantly from Sub-Saharan Africa and the ME then you start to really be able to grasp the size of their problem.

Now the US has a shit ton of problems, and a shit ton of "no go" areas ourselves, but we can kick that can for much much longer than our Western European friends. Sweden will be unrecognizable in our lifetime.
