The pile of cloths he was displaying was about an hour's work from the die cutter to being ready for shipping. We made 25,000 size medium fleece jackets for the army in a couple weeks. No overtime. Having worked in customer service for big companies for most of my life, I give john cuddos for not taking shit from idiot assholes. People think they can say and do whatever they want bc they're a 'paying customer' and that gives them the right to act like an asshole. If the lead time says 6-8 weeks, why the fuck would anyone call before 8 weeks??? People are fucking stupid and expect you to move mountains for them. Does he go overboard? Sure, but it's his company so he can do what he wants, I'll give him my business...

The video is an epic display of childish douchebaggery. When a smart business owner has an annoying customer he quietly fires them and moves on. Looks like they rounded up the WT at the local dollar general and said come on. |

His customer base has a type of battered wives syndrome. They can put up with their husband beating them (waiting months for an order, being publicly ridiculed when asking for an order status update, etc...) as long as they see their husband berate the girl that handed them their order as the Wendy's drive-thru because they asked for no pickles and they were put on there anyways (make youtube videos about the "haters," defend AWOL's actions because he pimps out his baby momma in OSOE gear, etc...)
