Having worked in customer service for big companies for most of my life, I give john cuddos for not taking shit from idiot assholes. People think they can say and do whatever they want bc they're a 'paying customer' and that gives them the right to act like an asshole. If the lead time says 6-8 weeks, why the fuck would anyone call before 8 weeks??? People are fucking stupid and expect you to move mountains for them. Does he go overboard? Sure, but it's his company so he can do what he wants, I'll give him my business...
