One man lumberjacking and wood splitting poses some challenges, one of which is lifting heavy rounds of wood into your truck or up onto a splitting block,  Lifting by hand poses certain safety risks and it can be very difficult to get a grab onto some of the larger rounds.  I recommend using tools, the following are my current arsenal:

Two wheel wheelbarrow
Picaroons
Log Lifter tool

I just picked up the log lifter yesterday and gave it a try this morning.  Seems to work well (it's only officially designed for 16" diameter rounds, so to make it work on larger rounds you may have to tap on the hooks with a wood/rubber mallet to make them stick in and hold).

Anyway I made a youtube video demonstrating the three tool driven methods that I use to lift heavy wood rounds:

Please take the following as constructive criticism...
I am all for good threads and topics, but it would appear as if you are attempting to use ARFCOM to promote your YouTube channel.  If you have a video with information pertaining to a specific thread/ post or topic then by all means share it, I do!  However I am not a huge fan of threads only containing a cold link to a personal youtube video or I have seen others doing the same trying to promote their personal biog.  If you want to share info do so in the thread your creating with good informational text, or photos, and I do enjoy a good video in threads to!  At a minimum, if your going to keep posting threads like this at least become a team member so you can embed the darn thing!

I try to place my posts in the proper sub forum and I'm not selling Viagra or some nonsense, I stick around and discuss and elaborate on my ideas and answer questions.  Videos are just a good way to demonstrate things visually or go more in depth (a picture says a thousand words).  Using interactive forums with text and video is using the internet to its fullest potential, rather than acting like the dinosaur media of magazines and newspapers.  Anyway that's my thoughts on it

Your cut & paste reply is identical to a reply you made on survivalistboard.com when the same question came up. Your game has been discovered there. Why don't you go back there & respond to the questions posed instead of trying to generate hits for your channel on other websites?

Folks, don't bother with this trolls videos, he thinks he has good advise on how to become a toilet paper tycoon. Noted author...I think not.

It was a good reply there or here and I wrote it... why reinvent the wheel?

I could do an awkward and laborious write up on how I lift these heavy rounds and share it, or I can post the vide and anyone watching it would gain way more understanding than reading a difficult to comprehend  text written explanation.  If I post a text discussion on a topic, those are my thoughts and ideas.  If I do a demonstration video or rant, those are also my methods or thoughts.  Frankly I don't see the beef, if I can't embed videos to make it easier/more seamless, that's a decision by the board operators not my choice.  Just like with lifting logs, I use the tools I actually have not the ones I wish I had...
