I vote AZ.

I tested myself - 1505 @ 231 yesterday (525/385/595) running a half marathon within a week of it (beating that landmark by hours)...   then shifting into a24wk training plan for a half iron man... while trinh to maintain most of that Strength.

so i win stupidest On the thread.

Shit I need to enter into a competition.

My gym numbers aren't bad.

I pulled 505 again three days ago just messing around
Bench 385 with a pause easily.

My squat is what sucks.  405.

I'm at 188 lbs.  Not taking anything except a pre workout and protein.  I guess the only thing really going for me is a strong bench press.

If this routine really works and can get me into the 500s plus on squat, I think I will be pretty well off at my weight.  If I stay around the same weight.

My previous numbers were close to the same.

Bench was higher though.  405 with a pause.
Deadlifts were 525, and squats never more than 405 for some reason.  I was also 200-207 lbs with these numbers.

Yeah, but I'm guessing yours don't have a Victoria Secret tag hanging out like Hizzie's and didn't say "Juicy" across the butt like Hizzie's.

As far as strongest pound for pound I think it depends on the lift. AZ is prob #1. DT and Hizzie (when healthy at least) are right there. I do ok per pound on back and front squat, snatch and clean- but my jerk, press and bench and DL are not impressive at all.

Just by running these numbers, it looks like I am stronger pound for pound in everything except squats.

You are squatting 2.27 times your bodyweight, but I'm only at 2.15x.

I wonder how much stronger I would be if I put on 40 pounds.  I would probably look like a neckbeard since I'm 5'7" lol

Whats AZ's numbers?

Good work.  I just got back to three plates, myself, for the first time since my last injury.  I don't know how long I can keep going, though, since my right arm is all sorts of fucked up.  Interestingly, my OHP has taken a shit, and I stalled hard at 200 lbs., whereas I was at 220 before my injury.  I think it is largely mental, although I have a specific physical issue I need to resolve.

Agreed and the body type.

For instance.

HTUSA back squats 450lbs

Roland back squats 450lbs

While Roland is only 6'0''(its a guess) HTUSA is 6'9'' or 10'' depending on the day.

9-10 inches of depth is a big deal to a back squat.

Same goes with deadlift,, bench is a little less because of arm length.

So Ill never squat close to 800 pounds, or deadlift 1000lbs, you short people will. You have shorter distances to pull it.

Im ok with that. IMO Im still just as strong, just in a different way.

Its physics man.....

Oh and Ill never squat over 2 times my body weight.

If I were to get to my supposed 250lbs, I would look like a damn Nigerian.

So Ill maintain my 350ish and be happy about it.

OH SNAP.

RoG makes a great point regarding what movements, if we're talking pound for pound.

Take me and KaiK. We'er about the same weight, he's a little taller: His bench makes me look like a lil bitch, and I think he has a better OHP than me...but squat, deadlift, snatch, clean, jerk, I've got him by 25% or more. (lots more, in some cases.)

Difficult to judge. We have some real beastly motherfuckers here, and they arent' nessicarily the ones who spout off on the keyboard.

Sometimes it would work, others times it didnt.

Bro.  You're 6'10.  The same rules do not apply.  I''m 6'5 with 36 inch arms and I know things are different for me.  Longer ROM for OHP or bench.  No question about it.  At the same level of functional strength the numbers will not be the same due to the ROM.  But it allows you to excel at other things, like throwing objects.  And it probably allows you to lift more in the end despite the ROM if you keep getting stronger because bigger bones fit potentially bigger muscles.

So yeah, I occasionally throw out that excuse.

My best lifts since being run over/put back together and this recent round of injuries include:

485 squat
495 deadlift
320 NGBP
190 Klokov

I'm 5'10" and was ~200lbs (+/- 5) for each of those lifts.

No shame here

Ill post my best when I was in college 8 years ago. I still have my lift log from back then.
I was young and only put in 2 years of solid work. After that I quit lifting.

Took a 3 year hiatus and just started again in January. I could barely get 225 squats done. Seriously I am surprise how quick I ramped it up.

Before 315lbs 18% body fat

Squat  315x1

Deadlift  325x1

Bench  225x1

Front Squat   165x1

Power Clean 165x1

Power Snatch 185x1

As of last week 370lbs 28% body fat

Squat 425x1

Deadlift 415x1

Bench 245x1

Front Squat 225x1

Power Clean 180x1

Power Snatch 185x1 ** End of the workout and was extremely tired not excuse but it is what it is.

Stronger as I aged, IDK.

Using lifting straps as handles I hit 255 on front squats without shoulder pain. I'll give it at least another month before I try working up back squats or Deads again. For now FS, GM and SLDL are feeling good.
