I hurt the fuck out of myself Monday doing BP.
It was 5s day and I'm skipping deload this cycle so last week was 5/3/1+. I did my warmups, did my lifts and got ready for the 5+. Did 13 of them, at like 7 pounds because I'm a weak pussy, and was feeling pretty good. Then I realized that I hadn't upped my weights from the middle set. The wife was talking to me and probably throwing tits around and I was distracted. So then instead of just calling it for the night, which I should have done, I upped my weights and did my 5+. Again trying to hit 13. I stopped at 8. Things hurt. Then moved on to 5x10s CGBP. Also put too much weight on there because I are tarded. Things hurt. Today I still can't hardly move my arms. |

Realized I was plateauing so I made some adjusts to get out of it. 1/4 squats at twice my full squat poundage. My legs are kinda mushy today and sore. God they are sore. Went to the doc today and he said they are going to have to chop my arm off. First they want to stick a bunch of needles in it. EMG nerve test scheduled in 2 weeks. FML |
