Ended up at a gym with only running shoes a couple months ago and wanted to deadlift. Unreal how bad of an idea that is. Went barefoot and made it good. Deadlift in soft shoes is way stupid.

Realized I was plateauing so I made some adjusts to get out of it.


1/4 squats at twice my full squat poundage.


My legs are kinda mushy today and sore. God they are sore.







Went to the doc today and he said they are going to have to chop my arm off.


First they want to stick a bunch of needles in it.


EMG nerve test scheduled in 2 weeks. FML

Maxed my bench press today, in prep for a new strength program I'm having written for me.

I squatted Monday and am still feeling sore from it. I did my work sets of 250x5, 290x5 and was feeling pretty ambitious and hit 330x8 followed by my BBB sets of 175.
