The results you will get are going to vary every time no matter what prompt you use. Some people like surprises while others get frustrated with the apparent lack of literal translation. You might enter something minimal like "abstract watercolor" and be satisfied with the outcome. However, depending on your expectations, you might be disappointed with things the way the system depicts things like real numbers or real people. Bing image creator uses computers, but it does not "do math". It cannot reliably count to 3.

I suggest small prompts to start with, but the more words that are added, the more the system has to work with to produce something like a specific result. I don't recommend trying to use it like a CAD program. It's more like a magic 8-ball.
