I don't know what it is but I just really like the Crockpot brand package of beef stew seasoning and recipe.  It's so easy and yet so tasty!
Throw a trimmed roast in the Crockpot, cut up celery, baby peeled carrots, taters, some onion, a few shakes of worshtishire (you know what i mean), and cook on low for 7 hours.  Always comes out great.  Maybe it's my underdeveloped pallet, the fact that that's probably how mom made it growing up, or laziness, but it's just damn good!

Your cooking looks good as well.  Going to try that "marry me chicken" recipe soon.

Dinty Moore Beef Stew cooked over some charcoal in a pot with the partially opened can right on the coals takes me back to my youth.  I will say that just about anything warm tastes good when you're young and freezing your ass off on the ice trying to catch fish though.

I also admit that I have some in my stored food preps as well.

Gelatin?  No.

At least make a demi-glase.

I ate it while camping as a teen. I still keep a few large cans for emergency food as well.

I poured a bigass can of Dinty Moore in a casserole dish. Spiced it up something extra. Then plopped tube biscuits on top. Baked at 375  for about 25-30min (Dont overcook the biscuit tops).

Was amazing

Subs recipe looks damn good too. When I get the time will try it out.

Where does a person find pearl onions again?

I will definitely adopt the multi stage veggie cook (adding peas) that is  a great idea.

Don’t hate it till you try it.

1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Garlic powder to taste
Sprinkle of Goya to taste
Mix well
Add beef and carrots and peas
Bake in Dutch oven 1.5 hrs at 350
Add fresh potatoes at 1.5 hrs
Canned potatoes the last 10 mins
Bake 2hrs

Yours is way better OP but this is a quick and easy when time is a factor.  I was disappointed when I found out how simple this was. I thought my mom spent hours in the kitchen on this.
