Alonso is under investigation for being out of grid position at the start of the race. No Bueno. It'd suck for him to lose a drive like this.

If it is anything I hope it's a drive through sooner rather than later so he can get some positions back quick.

Yeah he needs to get that penalty out of the way quick IMHO.

In other news Bottas is having a good drive and is catching Button.

According to BBC, the rules allow him to take his 5 sec penalty during an ordinary Pit Stop, so that may be the way to go.

JB is fighting with purpose, like at his 200th in Hungary or his first win in Japan. When he has that drive he's a different driver (but still not dumb enough to fight Bottas or Hamilton).

Complaining about the trophy, that'll earn him a grid penalty somehow.

I'm glad the stewards didn't disturb the driving between Alonso and Vettel. It takes me back to their racing at Monza.

It's too bad JB didn't get that podium as I imagine it could be his last season. Still, quite a drive from Ricciardo to gain and keep 3rd.

Germany is next, I expect that Rosberg will be driving with determination.

Great race!  I'm glad for Hamilton and England.

I believe Hamilton would have had Rosberg anyway.  He was making ground quickly before Rosberg's gear box failed and he had a better tire situation for the rest of the race.

Bottas continues to impress me.  Just smooth, smart and fast.

Ricciardo also continues to impress.  I'm enjoying watching his success.  He seems like a cool, confident and talented kid.

I wish VET and ALO weren't squealing like 8 year old girls, because they put on a heck of a racing skill display.

Glad RAI is ok, besides his "badly bruised" ankle.  I was expecting so much from him this year after his performance in the Lotus last year.  He seems to have lost it or the car just completely doesn't suit him.  I hate to watch him fail like this.

I'm glad the fight is back on for the driver's championship!

The race for Third (Best of Rest) in the WDC is going to go right down to the wire.  Bottas is looking really strong there.

Probably, but I can't always find that stream.

Streaming SkyF1 is difficult because a few times during the race they send a message to your cable box that flashes your subscription number on screen. That way they can track who's streaming it.

Many of the streams have to live edit (or something like that) to counteract that anti-streaming method. I think that makes one of the VLC streams difficult. If I ever find a link I'll announce it and share.

It will be interesting to see if Williams can keep up the performance against Red Bull and Ferrari for the rest of the season.  My guess is Ricciardo will wind up 3rd, but who knows.  I like all 3 drivers from 3rd to 5th, so I'll be happy either way.  Not that I don't like Vettel, but I'd rather see those guys finish ahead of him this year.

This season is proving entertaining despite itself.

The Hamilton v. Rosberg battle at the top has a gossipy kind of drama, the new PUs are just complex enough that you can't be sure of reliability and the midfield teams are close enough that anyone can 'win' (IOW, take the final podium positions).

What a whiny little bitch Vettel is.  One reason he'll never get my respect as a top driver, same with Hamilton, they piss and moan too much when things ain't going the way they want.

Good drive for Bottas again, damn i hope he can win one this year.  Williams is getting closer, and i'm all for it

Excellent drive for Alonso as well, once again, pulls a miracle out of a shitty situation.
