LAPD is NOT handling this, so thinking that they are worried about being PC is total bull shit
CHP is handling this and small city local LEOs, this area is NOT some east LA ghetto the cops are not in the killing business, they want it to end peaceful, Knowing that the guy has a gun and doesnt want to be taken alive and is emotional distraught, waiting him out and talking him out is the best course of action now. any needless move by the cops might cause the guy to stick a bullet in his head or come out firing (as exciting as that sounds its not what the cops want, unless they have no choice) |
