If you go to the 5 star reviews, you will find one from Sue Wait McMahon and scroll the replies to see the racist comments, and this gem from the racist boyfriend....

Not reading 23 pages of this shit, but it does look like a deer hit. I creamed a deer in my 1989 Nissan 240SX at 75-80mph flat out, and the damage looked similar to that, only with more hood caving and chunks of deer meat on the windshield. Fucker flew OVER the car and my buddy laying down in the back seat saw it arc over the roof through the hatchback.
ETA - Deer was DRT, legs nearly amputated when we walked back to find it. |

I worked in dealerships for 10 years and have seen employees wreck customer cars multiple times. Customers were never put out by the matter, free loaner cars and their vehicle was either repaired or replaced without their insurance companies involvement. However, I've never seen a dealership handle an "accident" like this.
I added this comment to their FB page. Shit some of the stuff on thier is funny. I had to like their page so I have good reading for later

OP, did they commit to replacing your car and then back out? In your updated original post it states "Adventure Subaru appears to be willing to replace my car in light of the heat they are receiving on social media.01/30/2015".
