I like those vids; but having the somewhat newer earth quake spells; does that change the attack at all? What bearing does that have on the new AI of troops moving around walls as compared to breaking them to go through?
Can troops now be steered with the EQ spells? |

In my experience, eq is good if the base has a cluster of high level walls that can be destroyed allowing you to hit the center easily. Kind of like a permanent jump. But even then you need 4 eqs to destroy the walls, meaning you give up 2 rages or heals or jumps.
I'm starting to lean towards eq for gowiwi attacks, where spells don't benefit the disposable skellies as much and skellies are slow at making holes. I haven't tried or seen anyone try using eq to steer wallbreakers by tempting them with already damaged walls. Not sure if it would work. They're crazy little guys. Quote HistoryQuoted:
