This is an awesome thread guys and it has inspired me to do something I never would have considered before reading this thread.  I'm going to auction my GOLD arfcoin.  This is a standard 1oz silver arfcoin that I had flash gold plated at work in 24 kt gold.  Basically, this is a standard 1oz silver coin that has had ~ $4 worth of 24kt gold electroplated to it.  As far as I know, it is 1/1.  Here are some pictures of it:

http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q84/blkt72/goldarfcoin006.jpg

http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q84/blkt72/goldarfcoin005.jpg

http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q84/blkt72/goldarfcoin004.jpg

http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q84/blkt72/goldarfcoin003.jpg

The gold coin is all that is included in this auction, I'm keeping the Python, the Baer TDP and the Sebenza.  Winning bidder will pay the OP and I'll ship the coin at my expense.

Please bid early and often, this is a great opportunity to help a deserving person out.

I am offering, to the first 10 people that donate at least $10 via PayPal ([email protected]) to the cause and who include the word "DiddyMas" in the comments a paracord bracelet of their choosing (shipping paid by me).

The following are the colors available:

Here are some bracelets I've done in the past:

NOTE: Please also include your AR15 screen name and mailing address where you want the bracelet sent in the comments section of PayPal. Lightning_P38 has agreed to communicate those details to me upon receipt (Only the 1st 10 confirmed by Lightning_P38 will get a bracelet) . I will then contact you via the site IM to work out color/size details. Feel free to contact me with any questions, please don't bother Lightning_P38 with any questions regarding this as he has enough on his plate at the moment. Crap saw this on the news but didn't realize the guy was a service member.

I'll reach out to the local VFW and AL to see what can be done in that regard.

Also, I'll offer up an ARFCOM Silver coin (#5 ?) and a 2011 Christmas Edition Dillo.

Seems to me if we are going to help a warrior, the weapons of warriors are wonderful things to donate for auction.

I am offering up a unique item, a Bowie knife made by one of the Nepalese Kamis of Himalayan Imports. While all knives and knukuris from HI are one of a kind custom creations, this is something not of their norm.

As the donor, I can't let it go unless it raises at least $250... Shouldn't be too hard if a challenge coin is bringing in $525 last I checked.

So here she is, the reserve price and opening bid is $250. Do I see $250?

I am not sure I think several of the items have went long enough. I am not trying to be confusing or disorganized, things just kind of grew up on me. I am thrilled that it did, and will continue to try and sort things out.

It's your call to end it when you wish.  I'll try and update the list a little later this morning.
