I know the MPXs haven't hit yet, but figured we could combine the two when they finally get to the market.

Can you take a better picture of the suppressor attached? How much clearance do you have in the rail?

I am waiting for my dealer to get the MPX-K. In the meantime, I am picking up these here and there so I am not left with only one when i get my hands on the K.

I cant help but think how deceiving these pictures are.  They make the mpx look really long, however it looks nothing like that in person.
Link Posted: 5/22/2015 8:49:41 PM EDT
[Last Edit: Jaysondiesel] [#32]
With the suppressor its 30"

So with a short handgaurd it will be just over 12" with 4.5barrel in k config without telescoping stock. Add that and your around 15-16"
Still seems small to me. Here give me 10 ill post a side by side with an AR.
edit : notice the length of it is almost = with an octane mounted on the 8" config... This thing is short. I mean a shorted hand guard might assist in its appearance or maybe pics without suppressor attached..

Pistol looks great Top_Secret.
How does the Aimpoint co-witness with the stock sights/align when getting a cheek wield?
I ordered the H-1 with the LT751 height mount, wondering now if I should have tried the shorter LT660HK version.

It uses AR height sights, so lower third. It is a bit tall from a cheek weld perspective and I might go with a absolute co-witness mount.

I see you have a geissele s3g on there, any modification required or just drop in? Function well?

Thanks for the quick reply, that's exactly what I needed.
I ordered the telescoping stock; I'm afraid the cheek wield will be even lower with it, might just need some getting used to.

It drops in no problem. It's a SD-C. Functions fine. I don't have nearly as many rounds through the gun as Jaysondiesel does and he's been using the S3G.

For the brief time I ran it on 8" barrel. It ran fine. For the time I've been running it on the 4" I've had a few failure to reset and that was after 1500+ rounds (suppressed) without cleaning. Humidity was about 80% and it was running rather dry on the oil/lube department.

I did not run more than 1 30rnd unsuppressed on the 8" barrel. The bolt locked open and it reset every time.
Also I'm using the S3G and not the SD3G if that makes any difference.

thanks, I have yet to set my eyes on what the undercarriage looks like. I remember their being issues with certain hammers on some of the 9mm kits for ARs.

Would anyone mind posting a pic of the internals of the lower receiver and upper receiver?
