20 Inch Rifles Are Best Rifles.
This is my current modern full length rifle. When I finish my 18 inch Larue-barreled build, I may put the ACOG on that one and make this one irons; but I'm not sure yet. This rifle is accurate, lightweight for what it is, and stupid reliable. I love it; let me know what y'all think! Might as well pimp this out....
Finally done, I know the scope isn't right but it really functions well for what it is.... The m5Ras is pretty beat up lol, not that I didn't know that when I bought it, just anodizing scratches..... BCM upper/ BCG Windham Weaponry Barrel PSA lower and LPK BCM PNT Trigger Turner Saddlery Biothain 1907 sling Colt Carry handle scope is a leupold vx3i 1x5 and in ADM Scout mount. |

Don't want to let this archive....
As close as I can get to M16A4 without being full auto.... went with a Leupold CQT instead of an acog (does better coyote hunting) BCM Upper and BCG 2005 KAC M5 Ras and covers/VFG PSA lower PSA Lower LPK BCM PNT Trigger White Oak A2 Stock Specter 3pt sling WW barrel 1:7 twist 3x Sight base does not show that well in the field...

The Crow is correct, it's a surplus PVS-14 mount(similar to a M68 mount). This rifle is heavily based on the SAM-R in use by the USMC, but some of my parts aren't clone correct(the FSB is made of unobtanium) but are very similar to the originals. I'm switching to a fixed A2 stock,have the parts on the way now. These rifles are very similar in setup to the Mk12, most of the difference is in the front end(18"bbl w/suppressor collar and crane brake, pinned LP gas block). A real SAM-R in Iraq(w/PVS-14 mount)
