Just an FYI, I went down to the Ft. Dix range today, and that flashing yellow light has been replaced with a regular Traffic Light. Otherwise the directions are pretty good
 .

There are other ways to go as well. I picked up printed directions at the range office, and they have a slightly different route. Ill post them a bit later, when I can find where I put them.

FMJunkie shoot me an IM when you read this, I was hoping I could set up a table at the blast to peddle some of my wares to other ARFcomers.....I am still trying to get my company and site jump started and hopefully bring some good deals to the NY/NJ crew.

That figures... Normaly I come out of Westwood when I go to the shoots, but I'll be coming from PA this time. It looks like we have some more Bergen County ARFCOM members. Maybe we'll have to get together for dinner or something the next time I'm up that way. |

I was thinking of a different dinner plan this time. I thought we could go straight to Buckeye, consolidate into fewer vehicles and then head into/towards Barnegat/Manahawkin and eat somewhere more "main stream." What do you think? |

Yes - when you pay for the time you will be there. There are hole auger / digging tools. Stands, targets, etc... You can bring pretty much anything you can "clean up" later - Watermelon, water filled PLASTIC jugs, NO GLASS what so ever!!! Metal silhouettes but at 200 yds/meters only. |

I'll be going also.
The last one that I attended was the Winter Blast earlier in the year. I'll have a Bushie and a (new to me) M1A this time. I should be bringing a friend who has come all the way from Bombay, India (though not specifically for the Arfcom shoot of course). That ought to be quite a new experience for him. Unfortunately, my wife said she won't be able to attend. |

They used to have the tigers in Jackson, NJ (private preserve).
Until one escaped. Then they shot it. I don't think anyone mounted it on the wall however. |
