I submitted a form 1 for an SBR January of last year (2017).

Check was cashed but have not heard anything else from them.

What's the next step?

Call the ATF and ask for the status. 304-616-4500

You will need the serial number and the name of the mfg(your name or your trust). That is the West Va office so EST time.

I will say that while most have been approved by that point people still have stuff out from then. The ATF has like a 6 plus month window of stuff being approved right now.

A year for a form 1, they must be taking cues from the VA.

Typical .gov BS, we can only process 5 forms a day and we are so undermanned and backlogged. dumbasses.
