I had 3 Form 1's pending (now 2), so I thought 2 of them had arrived. However... Only 1 was mine. The other one belongs to someone else. I'll guess I'll have to call the NFA Branch Monday morning to let them know. |

The eForm submission date 10/5/18 The date CC was hit 10/5/2018 The date email was received from atf with finger print cover sheet. 10/5/2018 The date when prints were received by ATF. 10/15/2018 via USPS certified mail The Approval Date 10/22/2018 24 Month documents were sent in with application. 2-Recently approved F4s  Attached FileI do have a small issue with mine. On the county of residence (3d) of my trust it is the neighboring county. When I typed in my zip code it would auto populate with the adjacent county since I live on the line and a majority of my zip code is in the other county. I sent them a email concerning this when I filed my application and the lady acted like it was taken care of. I guess I will try and get it fixed. Update: called the NFA branch and they forwarded me to my examiner. I left a message and hope to hear back soon. |

I haven't got the suppressor yet,but I found out today my Sandman S was approved 10/18
I show check cashed 3/26. Approved 10/18 from the phone call I made today. Looks like 206 days w/ the wait for Thunderbird to get the stamp and I get to see how well they're handling transfers w/ closing down. |

Purchased: 2017 Forms Sent: 1/1/2018 Payment Processed: 1/10/2018 Pending: Checked in July, August, September - always "pending FBI background check" - Contacted TX Senators/Representative 10/1/2018 - several days of forms and emails with senator. - Called for status on 10/26/2018 - was advised that "the FBI check came back. Don't know why ATF agent has not processed them. I will put them on the agent's desk."
