Then it ought to be an easyer time than I had.  I just cut out the block at the end of that reciever.  The stocks designed to fit a box end don't look quite right but it does work.  I should have a pic in a couple of days.

For the price of that TAPCO abomination you can get a very good stockset from several other companies.  The reviews of other guys here is that the flimsy handguards will melt and the folding stock can easily break.

yes you will need a special stock to make up for your slant receiver, ironwood designs makes them but its US wood so it's going to cost a pretty penny

your slant is the other way....you'll have an inch or so of the front unfinish block between the finish stock and receiver right?

if you really want to be crazy.....and you don't mind a little work to be done on your norinco receiver, you can send it off to a smith to have 1mm sheet metal welded on the end and finished nicely to have a nice regular box end

the bulgarian stock will work, it'll just look funny since there will be a gap between the bottom of the receiver and the ridge on the stock.  check this pic

here is the same rifle with an Ironwood Designs stock made specifically for angle cut MAKs

You are going to have to buy compliance parts to do the conversion anyway so you might as well get a good stock that will count for 3 parts.  Buy a US FCG for $35.00 and you can do this for under $150.00 and have a good looking Norinco.
