The search function is your friend.
Here Pay particular attention to the links to the USG tests. The Army purchased a significant number, but based on their dismal showing in combat, withdrew them from use (formally, in a TAACOM message). The Beta C-Mag is an expensive range toy that is fragile and prone to malfunction when you need it. Four (4) good 30-round magazines are a superior investment. |

beta mags are cool but save your money and buy USGI mags

If you have plenty of mags already, and the money to spare, then I would say get one.
If you don't have those things, then use the money you do have to buy more 30s. |

times 3 I used it about 9 times now with all brands of ammo and have not had issues. of course I have not done any low-crawls through sand with it. I do plan on taking it up to PA with me this summer to give it a work out. (my friends farm - anything goes) |

I have 2 Beta Mags (5.56 and 9mm). They are a great for their intended purpose.

LOVE my beta THANK GOD FOR GOOD PEOPLE IN CONGRESS.
i had the fake bullet fall out becuase of something i did and put it back in and still works and never had a problem only problem was due to my thinking of how it works. HEHEHE well GO BUY GREAT RANGE TOY and u get some weird arse looks its funny. GO GET ONE |

I have one as well, but still have not used it to this day. I figure it just one of those must have accessories. But only after you have acquired 20-50 30 rounders.
