OK guys, my partner and I have been hard at it in the shop. Lots of barrels have gone out and I've been in touch with quite a few of you. It appears that my IM is working for now but my email is still on the blink.
I have no better way to do this at this time and this should be fun for all. Having respect for privacy I'm only using first names and last initials. As far as I know the USPS site only shows "arrived at destination" when using tracking numbers. If you don't see your name listed here fear not. They're just about all done. Only a handful remain and should be done in the next few weeks. I took off the last seven days and have spent most of that time in the shop getting these projects done. I've done my best to make sure that everything is as perfect as it can be. Please let me know if there are any issues with anything. So, without further ado, here are the names and tracking numbers. Mark M 0309 3220 0002 1790 5953 Bruce P 0309 3220 0002 1790 5991 Rick R 0309 3220 0002 1790 5977 David P 0309 3220 0002 1790 5960 Ted S 0309 3220 0002 1790 6028 James B 0309 3220 0002 1790 6011 Tom L 0309 3220 0002 1790 5984 Alan M 0309 3220 0002 1790 6004 Lionel M 0309 3220 0002 1790 6035 Nathan W 0309 3220 0002 1790 6042 Bradley F 0309 3220 0002 1790 6059 Joe K 0309 3220 0002 1790 6066 That's all for now. I have enough parts done now too to finish up all of the small parts orders that were pending for duckbills and such. They'll be going out tomorrow. We don't plan on taking any orders until after the first of the year. We should be postured to start things up again at that time. It's been a rough year and we apologize for getting behind. Hopefully everyone will be happy with their projects, we put a lot of time (no pun intended) and effort to make each one as close to perfect as we can. I sincerely hope that everyone is satisfied with the work. Thanks, and happy holidays! Pat Looks like the same shenanigans are still going on-aimless

OK, I sent a registered letter asking Pat to return my parts and money. I got the return receipt, signed by Pat on February 12, 2011. As of today, I have not received my PARTS or MONEY back. Still waiting in Springfield, VA - for over 15 months. Jack Knoll Heard anything about this? I called him last week & he didn't answer or return my call...... |

Hmmm, thanks for update Pat, but I'm not on the list. Steve L.
Not to worry Steve, you will be soon. I have most of it done.

HAHA this is really getting exciting, like checking your numbers in the lottery.
I'm one of those people waiting for an awb-compliant 605 build so it is good to see the list of people before me dwindling. My birthday's on Feb. 26th by the way. Hint. Hint. |
You have had my barrel since August 2009 and I am not on the list, have you had all these other projects prior to mine? Could I please get an update.
Jerry Martin |
Just curious as to how the guys like myself stand who only ordered parts? I'm Adam S.
Thanks. |
Pat, Thank you so very much for all that you and your staff do for we Retro aficionados. Good luck and much success in the new year. |
Thank you Pat for your service, both to Alabama and the US of A, and for the excellent work you've done for us retro nuts.
I really dig my SN1 FH, and look forward to doing more biz with you! Beel |

I'll be test firing yours sometime tomorrow, I like to check the 605's and anything else I do port modifications on. I don't have any pics but I think you'll like it. I sent Jerry Martin a PM. Adam, your parts were either mailed out this morning or may be the ones that I'll be mailing tomorrow morning. I had to grab another XM177 moderator to fill this last order. I finished up three 607's tonight and am just waiting on some split ring washers to show up so that I can finish them. They are on the way. I will be back in the shop on Wednesday and Thursday following Christmas and will be completing everything else on those days. Thanks again guys. Happy holidays! Pat |

Thanks for the update. Glad you are getting back up and running.
Cool, looks like mine will be delivered today!
ETA: Wife e-mailed that a package arrived. Thanks Pat. |
I am very pleased with my 607 barrel I just got. It looks great and the modification did not effect accuracy.
I'm glad to hear that so far everyone is happy. Adam, your order went out today!
Thanks! Pat |
I got my barrel this morning. It looks great. Gonna use it for my next E2 build; I'll post pics when I get it done. Thanks!

Pat,
It was nice to meet you and speak briefly. Next time I am headed to CMP I will drop you an email and maybe catch a beer. Later this week I will be posting pics of the two rifles... Mike |

Got my Moderator, Grenade Ring, and Duckbill flash hider in today! Thank you very much Pat, you have made my Christmas! Merry Christmas to you and yours!

How many people are still waiting for their stuff back? And when did you send it in?
I sent mine in Nov. '09. |
I sent my stuff out on August 7, 2009, it was returned completed on December 28, 2010. The workmanship is first class, but I still have an issue with the 16 month wait and lack of communication.

Pat:
I sent you my Bushmaster Light Barrel and M16A1 Barreled Upper Receiver on November 1st, 2009 for an XM177E2 NON-NFA conversion. Can you let me know when if might be finished and shipped? Jack (John) K., Springfield, VA Thanks. |
Still waiting, no contact and no barrel.
I sent my bushmaster lightweight and an M16A1 upper for a non NFA 607 conversion with moderator and grenade ring in December 2009. Coming up on one year since it was delivered to 45Bravo. John Rodabaugh Lynnwood, WA |
Pulled into my driveway tonight and saw a long triangle Priority box leaning against my garage door. I had no idea what the heck it could have been since i am only expecting small items.
Imagine my surprise when i took it inside the house turned on the lights and saw that it was from 45Bravo! My NJ-compliant 605 upper finally arrived! Thank you Pat! It has been a long wait since Oct. 2009 but well worth it. I put on the A1 stock and grip and swapped out the uppers and it looks absolutely great. The 16" carbine upper and ace stock may never go back on. Now i just need to find a slick-side bolt carrier. The only new ones I see are Les Baer for $255 which is way out of my price range. Any ideas gents? Will post pics by this weekend. |

Pat:
This is Jack (John) K. from Springfield, VA again. I posted last week asking about my XM177E2 conversion. I sent everything to you with a money order in November 2009. Initially, you responded to my e-mails, but I have not heard directly from you for months. I even sent a first class letter via snail mail in November 2010, but again have not heard a thing. Can you let me know the status of my order? Thanks. |
January 19, 2010 now over a year since my barrel, upper and MONEY went for a 607 / XM177 non nfa conversion.
Every post it seems to indicate that 45Bravo is almost caught up with his backlog, yet I still dont have my stuff back. Was the same when he did answer email, my stuff was always going to be in the next batch. NOW, a year later, no contact, no updates, nothing. WHERE IS MY BARREL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! John Rodabaugh Ranting and losing patience. |
Yep, I'm at one year and one week to have a barrel cut to 10" for a 607 and a grenade ring and mod. for another project. I have been supportive of Pat through all of the delays cause I'm a peace officer also and I know how life can spiral out of control real quick. What I am out of pocket for this little venture is not going to make or break me, but I have to say it's getting tiresome at this point waiting for my barrel to be done.
Whoopie |
This is beyond tiresome. It is rediculous at this point. Over a year now and...........nothing. Pat. Can you please let us all know the deal. Everything was supposed to be done and there are still a bunch of us who have been waiting over a year. Thanks
I bet that if you made payment upon delivery of finished part the TOS it would take a month, two tops.

Wow, glad I'm not waiting for anything.
I don't know how you guys do it. By 3 months tops, I would have given up. Hopefully everything gets sorted soon, but I wouldn't count on "soon". Everything was "supposed" to be done by January 2011. |
Pat hasn't logged on since 12/26. Why don't you guys with work outstanding ask the Mods to move this over to the Feedback Forum and get the Mods over there helping with a resolution?
He still refuses to answer emails....go figure sorry for the bump.
nor does he answer his phone anymore. See how a certified letter does.

Does anyone know what department he works for?
I'm on my second Certified Letter (Return Receipt Requested). He signs for them and ... Nothing. I'm willing to call his supervisor, but I need to know which department. Thanks, Jack K (Springfield, VA) |

No one has started a thread here?

It's too bad this happened. I think Pat's a basically decent guy, and I know he's very busy as an LEO, but even I think this has gone on way too long. My read is, he just got in over his head and took on too much work. When you aren't doing it full time it could happen very quickly.

I wish I could have helped with whatever, I live just to the south of him. But his comm skills are very poor. And in this day and age you can't have poor comm skills, what with the internet and all. |

Aimless decided that it would be best to leave the thread here instead of in the feedback forum. |
