I don't have any really weird or "gimmicky" guns.

I guess the weirdest I have is an old bolt action stevens .410.  made in the early half of the 20th century.

Next to that it would be my takedown/floatable .22 rifle. (nevere had the guts to chunk it in the water to see if it really would float)

My Kel-Tec Sub 2000 is the oddest gun I have.  Not exactly exotic, but whenever I show someone (non-gun savvy)  how it folds, they are amazed.

It's not really that odd but it's an old Sears .22 lever action

Still shoots great, needs a new extractor though.

no its a sixteen inch barrel with an Impulse tube you can get a very short impulse tube like a 1" one but it leaves the barrel all pencil thin....so I went with the tacticool version.....www.impulsegunbarrels.com/

mine is a glock 21C and 17rd mag......I might buy another 21 so I can SBR it and give up the stupid barrel

So how does that work, is that barrel a screw on extension, or does it replace the whole thing and when you take off the stock you just swap back to the original 4" barrel?

complete barrel exchange......all you do is remove slide, take out the guide rod, trade out barrels , screw impulse tube with gas ring onto the barrel

(barrel has holes in it that let gas escape and directs a ring into the slide to assist in the slide function of the weapon)

put stock on frame ...replace slide.....takes about 300-500 rds to break in the barrel to get it to function

Interesting action, the trigger mechanism moves with the lever. Never seen that before. (That I can recall)

This is my Japanese Type 99 (7.7x58) LMG.  It came to me as a papered DEWAT and I'm getting close to having it totally restored as a live papered MG.

Yes, that's a bayonet you see below the barrel.

I should get an updated pic as I found a conical flashhider and a rear locking piece.  They give the gun a different look.

I am betting in short that its not. I have always wanted one like that but have been unable due to the extreem lack of US parts. I have tracked down US barrels but the stock and other parts . . . . . . You just can't find US made stuff.

And for those wondering if its exempt because it was a pistol first. The answer is that ANY rifle assembled now days MUST be 922 Compliant. Otherwise you could simply build an AK pistol and slap a stock on it (So long as the barrel is long enough) and you would have just circumvented 922 and saved a whole lot of $$ seeings how you didn't get any US parts for the count.

So I pose the question again How is it 922 compliant?

Sorry man not trying to be a Dick. I just want one for myself. If you have info please send me links.

I have an unusual SKS, It was expensive as far as SKSs go. I think I paid $325 for it at a local pawn shop, but only after I researched it on a web site called Uber SKS's. They told all about it & the author said he had never seen a whole one before but he had seen one missing parts for sale for over $500.00 So I decided to buy it.

It's the only SKS I have ever been attracted to, & it was put out by a company called K-sport. That's about all I know about it though.
