Of course he has limits. In general he will need to twist an existing law to meet his ends.
I think 80% arms will be facing changes and pistol braced firearms are also likely to face changes/regulations. |

I think the last few months have proven unequivocally that the dnc can do what ever the fuck they want. Laws do not apply to them, and the SCOTUS is not on America's or the constitution's side, and the republicans are all too happy to bend you over and hold you down while the democrats ass rape you.

He will stop imports, he does have the authority to do that. The ATF through rules making will make 80% and braces go away for sure. I figure they will also consider binary triggers to be MG's just like they did with bump stocks. The fuckery he can do with the ATF will be endless.

Expect "creative reinterpretation" of rules by the ATF, import bans of any even remotely scary looking gun and gun parts/ammo and a big legislative push for some kind of comprehensive gun control bill from hell that will be heavily negotiated but still totally unconstitutional and un-American.

EOs can only be issued to executive agencies about laws they already informed via regs.
Legally, all he can say is do or don't enforce this reg, and only ones overseen by executive agencies. Legally. But who is going to keep him in check? |

The agencies will be unleashed. Executive Orders in many cases won’t even be necessary.
There’s the false claim going around for decades that GHWB executive ordered the 89 import ban. He never signed any executive order, he simply allowed ATF to infringe. |

How is someone to know about these changes? I never received a letter saying anything about bump stocks. If I didn't read this site and a lot of gun owners don't, how would one know?
