Any others to binge?

The Road was kind of a shitty movie, but it has some good points.
Book of Eli probably more after the fact SHTF
28 Days was fun, I like zombie stuff
Heat the SHTF small scale during the shootout. Great scene.
I still like The Road Warrior again, post SHTF, but considering when made was great film.

Right at your Door 2006 - about some dirty bombs that hit LA and the main guy is kinda  Dbag trying to seal up his house etc.
After Armageddon - It was a discover/history channel special. I think it's great. Follows an EMT trying to survive a global pandemic.

Light of My Life

How I Live Now
with Saoirse Ronan
Bratty teen girl changes after surviving a terrorist nuclear bombing of London and the martial law aftermath.
Starts slow but gets pretty bleak after the attack. I liked it.

Watched that for the first time a couple of months ago. Pretty bad, maybe it just didn't age well. When I saw the main character Logan I was like "Basil Exposition!"
Jenny Agutter had one helluva sexy body though

The rover

Not quite total shtf

More economic and society  breakdown people do what the fuck they want. But people arnt just murdering everybody all the time. Well not all the time just most. There are still bars and shops of sorts.

Think Somewhere between mad max 1 and mad max 2

Another great docudrama. Like someone else mentioned, the original British one is great too.

I love myself cringe shtf movies ... Guilty pleasure of mine

To name a few:

Goodbye World
What Still Remains
Refuge/The Mansion
Blackout
How I Live Now
Jack's Apocalypse
Into The Forest
Light of My Life

Ive found myself giving these a couple or so viewings even tho they aren't the best movies out there.

I am surprised it isn't as much of an arfcom staple as Heat and Red Dawn.

The whole movie is goos insight into the human animal.

His talk with the wife when she spoiled the boy's shot was spot on.

"what kind of man gives cigarettes to trees?!?!?!?!"

(in the middle of a shootout) "jack? timeout okay? youre not gonna believe this but i brought the wrong bullets"

Premised on a computer hack shutdown of the electrical grid, and a ridiculously rapid recovery of sorts. A complete softball approach.

Electricity is society, industry and medicine's insulin. Even with this softball, you would see major violence within the first 200 hours.

I'd like my two hours watching this puff piece back.
