I was hoping someone weaponized the offer sheet against the leafs, but at this point idk, their gonna have to trade Nylander or someone to craft some space...

Edit for more info: Per ESPN "With Marner signed, the Leafs are currently $13,365,199 over the NHL salary cap ceiling of $81.5 million, but that's before Toronto places forwards Nathan Horton, David Clarkson, Zach Hyman and defenseman Travis Dermott on long-term injured reserve"

Don't know how much I agree with them.... NJ and Otta with close to the same odds of making playoffs is a stretch for instance.

The only two defensemen left on the NHL roster from 2017 season are Slavin and Pesce. The other defensemen who dressed for us that season were:Justin Faulk
Noah Hanifin
Ron Hainsey
Matt Tennyson
Klas Dahlbeck
Ryan Murphy
Jakub Nakladal

And even if you look at the forwards, Jordan Staal is the only player remaining from that season who was over 22 years old at the time. We're only talking about 2.5 years ago...

Gonna be something "revolutionary".... their allready pimping the "first ever pro female scout" as part of their groundbreaking outside the box organization....I tend to think Seattle is gonna be where the SJW cancer gets a foothold into our sport... the last pure testosterone fueled warrior sport in the US... hope not though...

Refs was in mid season form for that Canes / Caps game.

Wilson gets high sticked by his own teammate and Aho gets called.

We are coming out of preseason down 3 players, Dzingle is day to day, Gardiner doesn't look good, and TVR is still 2 months out from his shoulder.

Which works for me as I don't get Fox Sports Southwest here on the rig.

Nobody gets fox sports now.. their contract dispute still has them off dish, hulu, and sling :(
