I made brisket breakfast tacos with the leftovers this morning. Dice up the brisket and cook up with scrambled eggs, wrap in flour tortillas and serve.

I did a roast this weekend (Green Mtn Grill), 160°f for 2.5 hours, foiled, 375°f for three hours. good Lord...it was perfect. |

Smoked a chuck roast yesterday. Turned out great and I got to use my new slicer.
