“shall not” is a specific legal term. Is there any other statue in the federal code that includes these words and is routinely violated?
|

Anybody have the list of 120 named firearms that would be banned from sale, import, or otherwise even thinking about?
|

Requires that grandfathered weapons be registered under the National Firearms Act, Lol. |

I like how they believe that by only allowing "hunting-type" firearms, pistols and 10 round magazines that they are supporting the 2A and not infringing on our right to bare arms. They are pretty much outlawing the most effective tool for self-defense, i.e., the MODERN SPORTING RIFLE, in a variety of situations. It's crazy how effective the left has been in demonzing the MSR by the non-stop media coverage of tragic events and disinformation. If they were to put actual statistics, the masses would see that children stand a bigger chance of dying in their bathtub, swimming pool and in motor vehicle accidents. And it's crazy how people think that by banning MSRs that senseless killings will, somehow, stop.
Fuck. |

this is going to be REAL bad if the republicans "compromise".
it looks like its saying that grandfathering will be ok, as long as they are registered as title II (NFA) firearms. is this even legal? |

What they are going for is the eventual registration of everything that fires a cartridge. |

This is going to pass with a close vote, but only because they want it to appear close.

How fucking retarded is she???? Congress is republican for 2 more years(nothing guaranteed with some "Republicans" though), and the Funding to enforce any of this will NOT be passed............The big O is all about spending money but i think he's watching his ass a little closer. Now 2 years from now when Mr. O is on his way out and has no reputation or legacy to worry about when he leaves office.........God only knows what he will pull out of his ass. This bill was a good preview though.

So if if a person is going to go to jail for a semi-rifle that was legal when they bought it, what is going to stop them from saying," Fuck IT" and turn it into a real Assault rifle? I'm not advocating this, just asking a hypothetical question? " |

That could get real spendy. And as icing on the cake she wants to expand the ATF so we can get fucked that much more by them. |
