Need to replace old wallet. What is the hive's recommendation for a front pocket wallet?

I thought front pocket people just bought the cheapest Velcro wallet to put in their jeans?
|
|
This is what I bought, been using it for over a year with no issues at all.
I enjoy it quite well. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K39WJAC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s02?ie=UTF8&th=1 |

Can't go wrong with anything from Saddleback View Quote I got one from here. I think I got the mini Evan wallet and I have been using it for the past 18 months or so and I'm really pleased with it. When it eventually gives up the ghost I'm going to get another, |

View Quote Well I fit that stereotype, I've had the same $5-$10 Velcro wallet in my front pocket for YEARS, way more durable than I expected! I don't get how anyone carries a wallet in your back pocket, it's uncomfortable and seems a lot easier to steal. |
|
I've bought Alligator or Croc wallets off of eBay for the last 15 or so years. They last a long time and look great.
Like this except I'm not buying anything that says "hipster" Now you have me looking for a new wallet....who the fuck is this guy??? |

You can now. The wallet I paid too much for when it was $49 is now $95. ![]() Marlondo wallets aren't as nice as Saddleback wallets but at least you don't have to bend over to buy them. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Didn't take long...their price increase will continue to shoot themselves in the foot. This coming from someone who owns a dozen of their products |

Roguewallet makes a dedicated front pocket wallet. I recommed them from perso al experie ce.

tag - mine is so old I don't recall where I got it. It is about time for a new one.

I have a leather one made by a member here and it's nice and has held up really well.

I just bought one of these, billfold type. The leather is nice. Stitching looks robust, even if a little primitive. |

I tested the waters of front pocket and slim/minimalist wallet with the Radix One. Radix One on Amazon
No more trifold wallets or carry in the back pocket. |

Was going to say this:
http://www.saddlebackleather.com/front-pocket-id-wallet but goddamn did they jack up the price. $70 |
|
I sandwich my cards between 2 RFID cards and either hold it all together with a rubber band of binder clip.
It is small, effective and easily slides in & out of front pocket. |

I have a Saddleback front ID as well. It was worth it at $35. It's not worth it at $70.

I bought one of these several years ago and love it. But I don't know about $70 love it. Also, if you carry a bunch of cards it's a no go. |

Bought one of these couple months ago. Little spendy and took a little time to get use to it but I'm liking it. |

Wtf?!?! I'd never even heard of front pocket wallets until this thread. Do they come with a special pouch for front wiping toilet paper too? ![]() |

View Quote Got one of these in my pocket right now, that was a gift. Excellent choice. I like the elastic strap for cash, and the "suede" feel. I prefer my Flowfold recycled carbon-fiber/mylar sailcloth wallet, though. Lighter and less bulky. Extremely thin. www.flowfold.com |

I just use a bianchi bi fold card carrier that i bought for $4 about 15 yea ago. Works like a charm. I just stick cash behind the cards.

LOL The wallet to buy if you worry about 'printing' Ever wear a nice suit? It's easier to hide a 1911 than a wallet . |

I've been using one from Rogue Industries. It's held up great.

I have a regular billfold, but I keep it in my front pocket instead of a back pocket.

I have the slim original for my last two walletts. Very happy with.

i started a corporate job where i wear slacks with the shirt tucked in all day. the fat wallet in any pocket looked ridiculous. i now have a johnston and murphy card holder in the front left pocket for credit cards and id and a money clip in the front right pocket for folded cash. splitting the contents to two pockets slimmed down the bulges.in my pants overall except for my massive cock and balls. i also now carry around less crap because when i get receipts or other paperwork i don't stuff in in a fat wallet... i stick it in my back left pocket and when i get home it either gets filed or thrown away. i stopped carrying wallets in my back pocket many years ago while traveling through countries notorious for pick pockets.
in one of my ccw classes the instructor suggested using a money clip, then if you get robbed at gunpoint and they say give me your wallet, you give them the moneyclip with cash and there is a chance you'll retain all of the cards like your drivers license that are laborious to replace. |
