I pull the trigger to the rear, hammer falls, I pull the bolt to the rear and slowly release the trigger and the trigger resets. It seems like 1/10 times the hammer falls as well. I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary, but maybe I'm trying to go back to the wall too fast. I've just never had that happen before with another trigger. |

I made the radius match the trigger ARC sent and then on the other side I cut a notch but left metal on it. It took another bit of fitting to get it to pass a function check. It doesn't seem to be too picky as pictures on the interwebs show various style cuts that work. Hopefully I can test fire it in a couple of days. |

| Myself and a friend both got to try ours out this weekend., Neither would run. SIngle shot with a dead trigger and almost no primer strike. I emailed AS but feel like it may need the shim or something else. There is a lot of play in it. The trigger begins to reset just after the bolt passes the mid point of the ejection port cover. It appears to work in a function check. |

Anyone get a shipping notice from the drop on the 19th yet? I'm almost 3,000 orders in from the end of the second batch. I'm hoping they have started shipping this batch already. Never saw a statement like with batch 2. ETA: their site didn't have an update last week, but I just checked and they are saying all of batch 3 will ship by Monday, the 5th. |

Alright guys I have an issue with mine that might be fixed with shims, but not sure. I installed the AS D trigger shoe that was included with the kit and swapped my Geissele SSA disconnector and spring into the AS D trigger shoe. Installed the lever blocker so that it's on the very outside of the trigger pin area so it just kind of moves around in there until I installed my Geissele hammer. Installed the safety selector and put the grip back on. Installed the upper and racked the charging handle. -Safe works, no trigger pull available, racked again and switched to semi -Semi works, hammer drops and resets as normal, racked again and switched to active mode -Can't pull the trigger and feels like it's on safe From this point if I switch back to semi, I can't pull the trigger and feels like it's on safe. Now if I put it back on safe and switch back to semi the hammer drops. I don't know enough about how this system works to figure out what the issue is. I opened it up and there's a LOT of side to side play in the transfer lever. Do you think this can be fixed with shimming like I read a few pages back? Really scratching my head on this one... |

I don't think you want to use the ASD trigger shoe with Geissele parts. The notch on the Geissele hammer isn't what holds back the hammer, the sear is on that upward facing arm on the Geissele shoe. |

Sad to see they are not offering them as a option for the arc fire when you order one and have to be ordered separately. If ASD is still reading this thread, will you be offering the mil style selectors as a option when ordering a arc, or will it always be a extra part you have to order separately? I just hate ordering a ARC, then having to toss the included selectors and order separately the ones I actually want. Would be nice if you could select standard or mil style selectors. |

Now I'm afraid I've trimmed too much off. I did a little at a time and it was just still semi in the active position. I'm so frustrated. Mine doesn't look anything like the pics I saved as reference. I'm just going to buy a fucking pre-cut trigger for $245 and probably trash this one.   |

I installed my MilSpec-style selector levers and they look really good. The Loctite is still drying and I won't get time to test fire until later in the week but they seem to dry-function just fine so I have no reason to believe they won't live-fire equally well. Here are some photos, including comparisons with a MilSpec semi-auto lever and the original ARC-Fire lever:
