Trjicon RMR RM07 on Glock 17 |

Stock rear sight turned around. I thought I was the only person who did that. Someone showed me that about 13 years ago and it's extremely effective and, with a nice front, rivals Heinies out to sane distances (under 40 yards). I don't know how all these people can shoot with the circus shows on their rear sights. |

This is one! Love my G19 with RMR02 an Trijicon suppressor sights. Tritium in the front. |

I have a set of Warren Tactical night sights in bound from Midway. I'm looking forward to trying them out.

Love all these pictures! Hard to image what some of these look like just from a catalog.
After looking through all these, I am glad I am not the only one who has their sights pushed right of center |

I bought one and can't get it installed. No modification is needed. You should be able to slide the rear sight half way in with just your finger. Use some CLP on a brush and clean out the sight channel. Also the right tools for the job are also a must, while you can drive them in with a brass punch, a rear sight tool is best. IM me if you need further help. Here is a sight installation article I did, with the CLAW sights. http://looserounds.com/2012/11/27/installing-sights-on-glock/ |

Here is a sight installation article I did, with the CLAW sights. http://looserounds.com/2012/11/27/installing-sights-on-glock/ It will only start in the dovetail without a tool. I'm using a Glock rear sight tool / pusher and I can only get it in half way before it gets stuck. It will not budge even with some lube on it. I let someone with more manly hands try it, with the same results. It really looks like the only way this is going in, is if I file it down. And I don't want to do that. |

Man, that really sucks. I have installed several and had no issues. It should just push right in as it is a Glock designed replacement sight. I would contact ICE Store (their CS is awesome) might be an out of spec sight. I would not want you to damage your Glock if it is being that difficult to install.

They manufacture the sight and I've always received excellent customer service from them. Why don't you want to file down the sight? It sounds like it's a bit too tight a fit. Glock sights sometimes need to be filed down to fit, see Dave Dawson's sight installation guide: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=4maCQhEIjoA |

Trijicon GL01 on G26

That would be very disappointing if their customer service has degraded recently. |

I contacted the place I bought it from. It was the ICE store that allegedly makes them. I asked what I could do short of filing it down. I got no response initially. Then I got an email saying that they had not forgotten about me and would get back to me. After that, nothing.
I just sent Ameriglo a message. We'll see. |

Ameriglo Pro front with standard glock rear. No dots is distract you in daylight. One small tritium vial placed high on the front sight for quick acquisition in low-light. All business. Perfect!] That's what I'm talking about! I was going to get a tritium front and turn around the stock rear backward on my next Glock, but I would still have to use a black Sharpie on the white ring around the tritium vial. This is the way it should be. |

My TFO front sight came loose, but it doesn't seem like the front sight screw has come loose, and I am without a glock front sight tool. Any ideas on what I can use as an alternative to lock the sight down?

I'm getting a G19 for my CCW in November. What sights do you recommend? Also how easy is it to switch them out?

I don't have pictures of mine, but I do have a question?
My firearms instructor moved my rear sights the first time I took my first class there... He said that about 70-80% of right handed Glock shooters need this adjustment (I forget why)... Since then (6+ years now) I have shot nothing but "straight"..... Have you guys ever heard something like that before? |

Here's a comparison of Dawson's new Competition rear sight to their Charger rear. Front sights are both Dawson .105" wide fiber optics. First 2 pictures are taken at arms length.
Competition rear .250" tall with .135" wide notch. Front is .230" tall. On a Glock 34 Charger rear with .125" wide notch. Front is .215" tall. On a Glock 17L, I needed the .01" taller front to shoot to the correct POI at 25 yards on my 17L Up close of Competition and then Charger sights. |

Anyone know the width of a Trijicon front sight? I ordered a set of Ameriglos and bought sort of a mismatched pair on accident. I have a .180 width rear sight and a .115 width front sight, there is a little too much gap for my liking. Thinking of adding a Trijicon front night sight and seeing how that works out...

Does anyone have the ameriglo cap sights?
Pic? What do you think of them? |
|
I DID, but I did not like the rear sight, so I kept the Cap (yellow) front, and installed a .272" tall rear Ameriglo Pro Operator rear, and I like this much better. Sorry, no pics...

Just got a set off the EE. I Love this site!
I will get a pic up when I get them on my 17. |
