Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Question about legality of detachable mag

I have a Russian SKS that I took in trade, it has a blade bayonet, fixed wood stock but it has a detachable Tapco magazine. Is this legal?
I also need a fixed 10 round box mag if anyone has one for sale I'll take it.
