I see SGammo has these for sale at 12.95 a piece. Are these any good? or should I just stick with surplus?

Apex also has/d them for a similar price.  I picked up a dozen just to try them (eventually); have yet to try them.

Nice thing is they're sealed in oil for long term storage.

A small amount of file work on the magazine lug area made a perfect fit for my C29V2.

I've got some on the way from SGammo and I'll do a review on them. I have a number of AK's from various countrys so I should get a good feel for how they fit and function.

IMHO, there's no need to buy *used* surplus when these *new* Combloc mags are available for about the same price.

JG has Zastava Gibbs mags for about the same price.

These Croatian mags fit my Bulgy well; my Romy....not so much.

Many have reported fitment issues. I'm not sure if they've improved since their introduction, but if you're not adverse to breaking out the file then go for it and let us know how they work for you.

They are here. Each comes in a sealed bag and are very lightly oiled and cleaned in minutes with just a rag. These are gorgeous! Beautiful finish and pressing. It is almost a shame to insert them. I gathered up all the AK' s I could find and they inserted and locked in just fine in all. I loaded a mag with 20 rounds and ran them through each by hand. Mag worked fine in all, bolt hold open worked in each. AK's were a MADDI, Norinco, Romy, PAP 92 and an N PAP. The ad on the site says they made some changes to the mags and they must have. Worked great in all weapons I tried.

This weekend I shot a local six stage 2 Gun match with my M92 SBR using these mags.

They Run Great!

Good Lock In, Good Release and the BHOs worked as a "Yugo" mag should.
