Was wondering if anyone else had issues with these mags, I purchased 4 of them to replace promags that were included with a used rifle but when I initially went to load them could only get 26-28 rounds per mag.  Fought with it for a while and finally beveled the inside of follow sides so that it would not bind on the spring and it has resolved the issue.

All reports seem to have one thing in common. Stay away from IO mags.

This is a good example of the product IO seems to put out. Some love the mags and have no issues with them, and others have a miserable experience. Their rifles seem to have the same issues, hit or miss. All in all, I personally would stay away from them, unless the price was worth the risk.

I completely got out of the "AK game" because of IO.  Now that I am picking up another AK, I am wishing i had never sold my mags (including the IOinc branded ones).  They ran fine, no hiccups.  They had some wobble compared to the surplus metal mags or US Palm mags, but other than that, they ran fine for the money

IO and Promags make better targets than magazines.

I just picked up 3 mags from a pawn shop ( my ffl ) and would like to know their history. One looks just like the yugo mag that came with my M92 and the rest have no proof marks anywhere.
eta: I guess that one is a Chinese smoothback...
