I see K-VAR has them at fifty bucks a pop. I know K-VAR keeps their prices pumped up, but are these Ishzevsk products rare enough these days to command that kinda money?

For what its worth, last year KVAR had a mag sale around 4th July. It was 4 surplus 5.45 mags for $80, 3 Bulgarian (1 black, 2 brown) and 1 Russian plum. No guarantee they will do it again this year but may want to watch in case they do.

KVar just announced that buy 3 get free shipping thing, too. To me that's a sign they are trying to get rid of some inventory and will reduce prices if their "sale" doesn't work.
