Are these magazines "mil-spec" or made specifically for the commercial market?

Those 40 round clear magazines are commercially made in Bulgaria and have no steel reinforcement, but they do function reliably as range mags. Just don't expect them to take much abuse.

rrcfirearms.com has east german 30's 4 with a pouch for $70 not great but cheaper than most other places
