I have been saving up for my dream AR and wanted to share the parts list for you guys.  I probably went overkill for my shooting needs and skill level, but I wanted to go all out on my third build.

LOWER
-Noveske Gen 2 lower(not chainsaw)
- All V Seven lower parts including castle nut
- Geissele SSA Trigger
-Vltor A5 RE 10 buffer tube and kit

UPPER
- Vltor MUR-1 with forward assist and deflector
- Noveske 13.7 CHF barrel-MID Length
- Noveske- LP gas block and Gas Tube
- JP stainless Enhanced BCG
- Geissele MK8 13" rail
- BE Meyers 249f Flash hider
- Noveske logo Raptor Charging Handle

The only thing to buy are iron sights (thinking Magpul Pro) and Red dot (thinking Holosun 503)

Might as well just buy an aimpoint, what's a couple hundred bucks? Especially when it's on the piece that allows you to know what you're shooting at.

Your build list looks very nice and thought out. Going to be a sweet rifle.

Yeah, either that or a Trijicon MRO. Your build list sounds like it's all high quality stuff, so putting a Holosun red dot on there would be like having plastic hubcaps on a Cadillac. Congrats on the build either way!

Yes sir, the T1/H1 or Trijicon MRO would be better money spent. They're darn near bulletproof.

This. I have a Primary Arms MD-ADS and while it's awesome for the money (shares a lot with the holosun) I'd go with a t1 on something like this. The holosun will be ok, and I have something smiliar, but it's on my AK (range toy), or my beater AR. I'm putting together something nice right now and I personally wouldn't put a $200 optic on my $1200 build

Now I just need to figure out what optics Im going to use.  I like red dots, but I also like the ability to use magnification, so Im torn

Nice rifle, should be a real shooter with all those quality parts.  I always like new builds or guns even if their not mine!!!!

Im leaning towards the MRO because of the larger objective lens.  Good choice, or should I pony up for the T2?  Any input would be much appreciated.  I have much more experience with magnified optics.

Red dot Aimpoint or MRO and a magnifier. Then you have the best of both worlds.
