Well 2nd build and I look forward to more, but this one is for my wife Lucie. All the parts were picked by her and she will be doing a lot of the assembly on it as well, with my help of course. She did the mag release and the bolt catch and the drop-in trigger the other day. We are still waiting for the Titanium Pins Set to finish the lower so I mounted the barrel. When the other parts come in we can finish this puppy. I’m making a custom sling for her new rifle; I call it a modified VTAC type sling. For the most part it will be a VTAC but it will have a short para-cord section 20" long  with 2” to 1” reducers on the ends for over the shoulder with the rest of it basic VTAC style with HK clips. I’ll add some pix when I can.

Her parts list:

NorthTech Defense Upper/Lower Receiver NT152-MS  Burnt Bronze
Odin Works 18" 223 Wylde 3-Gun Barrel w/Gas Tube & Gas Block
AIM v2 BLACK NITRIDE Bolt Carrier
Rainier Arms Force Free Float - Keymod Rail
Raptor Charging Handle
CMMG Lower Parts Kit
POF AR15 4.5lb Trigger w/ KNS Anti Rotation Pins
Black Hawk Butt Stock
Hogue AR-15 OverMolded Rubber Grip
YHM Annihilator Flash Hider
Battle Arms Development Enhanced Pins Set Titanium
Fab Defense PTK Hand Stop

Sounds like a nice build what made you go 18" over a 14.5 or 16"?

I don't know, that's what she wanted. I can only think that she felt mine with a 16" was too short.

Blkandrust, do plenty of research and ask questions. Folks on here are happy to help.
