Are there any jigs that will fit a wide variety of lowers? Like lowers with and without trigger guards, etc?

80% Arms (Like stated above me) is a universal. It is also a router-based jig. It is amazing jig, I just used it and completed an 80% from them. There were a few minor problems, but they were all user error, not product. They have great customer service, and if you do a review on their jig, you get a free 80% lower of your choice (7076 not included). They have a video on the page that shows how to use it correctly. I'm sure if you email them and ask if your lowers brand is compatible, they will help if they have an answer.

One of our members did a write up on this one and it's the same price.  This thing is supposed to be 100% universal.

I had the 80% jig before it went universal.  I made modifications to mine to make it work on TM lowers.  Then they wanted another 70 bucks from users to buy the "new" universal jig walls.  I sold mine and I am currently using the one from modulus arms, which is universal without having to make modifications.

My thoughts, I think the Modulus produces better lowers, mainly because of they method they suggest for milling the trigger hole, and the manner they index the jig to the lower.  The 80% arms is built better.  I sometimes feel I may wear out the drill guide because some of the walls between the holes are really thin on the modulus arms.  Both require a little patience and make sure you follow their instructions.

Where did you see or find out about the free lower with a jig review?

I too have used the original Easy Jig with (heavily) modified side walls. I may order a set of the universal side walls but don't really need to because my modified version works for everything I have tried. You can do the same trigger hole method with the Easy Jig. Basically you just mill out the trigger hole first and then go back and do the fire control group pocket. The method changes are listed here:

Modulus Arms
http://www.modulusarms.com/modulus-arms-universal-ar-15-80-lower-receiver-jig/

It mounts based on the buffer tube threading in the back and the takedown pin in front so it should fit just about any lower that fits a standard upper regardless of whether the pocket by the rear takedown is milled or not.

Edit -- Dohh...   missed that someone else had already mentioned it...
