Just a heads up, I had some issues and am gonna share the feedback just in case someone is looking for some.

Magpul: A few 40 rounder Pmags had gotten some broken feed lips so I contacted Support. They said they would send me 2 for every broken one I had and paid shipping both ways! Pleasant dealing with them.

SureFire: I had a broken 1" Flashlight mount pins crack through the polymer half. Contacted support and they sent me a replacement of the cracked section and I was back in business.

Ares Armor: Purchased a NiB BCG from Ares about 8 months back due to the epic deal, and 450 rounds in the gas key set screws came loose. The staking seemed deep into the screws and trying to turn them proved that it was. No clue how they loosened.
I tried to contact support and left messages today we will see if they care.

Just yeah, I have zillions of parts from Lanbos Armory and PSA and have nothing but goodluck and fast service from them both. Just yeah. Some feedback.

Likely the screws were not tightened enough.

Actually I have been taking some courses on Gunsmithing and my guess is gonna be that they stretched. Hence why they say never tighten down the same screws if they come loose within the staking. Now are at at risk of sheering off.
Gotta order me a new Gas key and Fasteners.

In this type of application when the screws are torqued they stretch.
This provides the clamping force.
If they are not tightened enough the clamping force is too low.
The Armalite website has a tech note on what happened to them when they were under torqueing these screws for a period of time.
Essentially they started getting an abnormal amount of loose keys.
Note that the earlier TM’s showed the wrong torque.
AFAIK the current spec for the M16/M4 is 50-58 in/lbs.
