So I've been researching and see that many people are loving the Raptor charging handle.  I will be running supressed most of the time so is the Raptor a good option when running suppressed? I saw one thread that said the Raptor is great unless you run suppressed? Why?  My setup is a Spike's upper and 16in barrel that I have yet to purchase.

I have the raptor and even with adjustable gas and an RTV job on it it still kinda blows gas.   I think that some of the dedicated suppressor handles might be better.

This is another option if you really like the Raptor. I want the truck. lol

I mill a slot at the bottom of my charging handles that redirects the gas, if you are capable you can do it that way.

I've got a SLR handle on order and they have a machined in pathway for gas. I put silicone on my Raptors to fill the gap and haven't had issues.

Is this pathway directed away from those shooting on either side of the gun?

I clicked on this thinking you were referring to the Ford F150 Raptor.

I love me some Raptor but being a lefty shooting suppressed from an SBR leaves me with what feels like an infected eye for 3-4 days after a heavy session. The PRI M84 Gas Buster on the other hand, handles gas blow back great (but it lacks the ambi features). If the Raptor and the PRI Gas Buster had a baby, it would probably look something like this:

I really wish AXTS would make a gas re-directing variant, but until that time, I'm gonna go with the Armageddon.

Haven't received it yet, but the picture I saw showed it going out toward the ejection port side of the rifle.

I think the Raptor looks better, but I bet the Armageddon is going to do wonders for me when it comes to gas shooting up under my right eyelid.

Check out how it cups over the top rear of the upper receiver:

Exactly, I watched some Youtube reviews and people are def. liking the design on the top of the handle as you pointed out in your picture.

Not the best solution for lefties as it routes the gasses to the right. Still, better than everything else available with the possible exception of the CH I posted above.

Interesting review, but I wonder if it will work with billet uppers. The one I got from SLR won't work with my billet upper so I had to put it in my Colt upper. Looks like I'll stick with the Raptor because I know it works.

Somebody explain the button on the rear a little better. In the review linked to, a few posts up, they guy is saying that you can just pull the CH back without touching the button. How does that assembly work?

Sounds like the rear button is only used for leverage when the bolt is already locked to the rear or the rifle is broken down.
