Mid length gas system or Carbine length gas system? Which one is better fit for 13.7" barrel?

In general the carbine gas would be better but it's all about the gas port. Who's the barrel maker?

Carbine would be my choice for anything 14.5 and under unless it's a 300BLK then I'd choose a pistol port.

I'm sure it will work perfectly. The Rainier UltraMatch is another good one but carbine gas.

I placed order for rainier arms UltraMatch barrel. But backordered for 2 months already. Thinking switch to noveske?

I have a Noveske Afghan and a 14.5" LW contour, both are excellent. The Infidel would be a good choice. What muzzle device are you using?
